The stun avoidance on ES is just the base mechanic of ES, you can read about it on the PoE site:

The chance of getting the enchant for boots is 1 out of 15 (6,66%)

I answered about levelling a few pages ago I believe, staying alive ain't that hard. Remember all the int gives us ES too (and I am pretty sure we already have 79 % at 38 points from the tree alone without calculating intelligence in) 94 % (57 points) 114 % (77 points) - this is already more than most common WI's builds maximum ES from the skill tree.
If you need a detailed levelling guide, I can recommend kelvynns tri-curse whispere guide. He is a very skilled player with lots of knowledge, and his levelling section is very detailed.

What's the reason for using Life Leech while leveling if we're not picking up ghost reaver early on? Isn't out life pool only like 1k?

Edit: I must say that it's really strong. Just got the CWC set up at 38 and now I'm wrecking everything. Got around 520 int :D

how does a breach lord timer work? i have a decent clear speed at least, killing everything on my screen in seconds, and the timer wont go up. it goes maybe a second sometimes no matter how many mobs i kill. quicksilveres are up all the time and i barely stop. sometimes i leave the mobs behind and sometimes i clear the room if i can't go through.i mean we have to stop to cast our spell
How exactly does it work? spent 2 breachstones on nothing.. i'm sure i can handle the boss, i mean, i should be able. i can safely farm atziri and i've done uber izaro with some minor mechanics problems(stupid labyrinth).

I currently don't have any offensive flasks so nothing there, but on your main post you say your 4.3k tooltip is without flasks or elemental conflux (also, isn't elemental conflux the "always ignite/shock/chill" buff ? it doesn't affect tootltip does it ? are you thinking about elemental overload ?)

Compared to your level 72 gear I'm just skipping some int and jewels to get vaal pact, but with pendulum and golems up, i'm at 3.3k tooltip, so i'm missing 30% (i'm dumb about the previous 60%, my bad) damage which i doubt could come solely from jewel slots and 50 int...

well i tried minatour just now and got 1 shot few times by the bull, stand no chance at all, but this is my first time attempt guardians though, maybe don't really understand the fights yet :(

Played fine with this build in BHC. Few things literally can kill you - either one shot or game f****g freeze. Died @ 87 due to owerwhelming Tul's Breach with Tul himself and "allies cannot die" aura cos of lags :|
Definetly gona make it again, most enjoyable build so far in this league for me.
