Just wanted to let you know that these artefacts can still occur, without --noasync at least. I've seen them three times since the start of the Legacy league, but the first two were pretty mild and so short that i didn't manage to take a screenshot. I think the third one had something to do with the Crematorium Trial in Merciless. I didn't see it in Normal or Cruel. Orange flickering occured at certain spots around the trial area: I believe the intensity of the flickering changed in phase with the burning ground within the trial, sometimes it almost disappeared briefly.
