2.4.2 Effect Artifact / Disco Inferno

I just had a pretty epic session, and the clipping bug/disco lights seem to be completely fixed by today's patch. At least for my configuration, the game seemed to perform just as smoothly as it did before the patch (I didn't notice any hitching in breaches or from graphical effects, etc), and the visual artifacts were completely absent. Thanks for fixing this, GGG - the game overall seems to be in a very good place right now.
Yep, patch should be out with what we hope is a fix for this issue. Would love to hear from people that were experiencing the disco party prior to the patch. Are you still experiencing issues or does it seem like things are back to normal?

Thanks guys!

As I mentioned in the other thread the situation does seem to have improved. No obvious artifacts so far. Thank you.

Just letting you know that I've had a occurrence of the issue albeit more fleeting. During a Bazaar map run, the artifact appeared very briefly and was a much smaller area. At first I couldn't recreate it in the same way possible earlier but after a few attempts I managed to make it happen again. It might have been associated with a mob, as I couldn't get it to happen again after I killed it.
It has improved a lot, but I ran into a few recurrences

Carrion Minions in dried lake were covering the screen in red (screenshots on home pc)

Also, those Ribbon monsters in Solaris temple still have some disco, but a lot less prominent.

I confirmed my card is not overheating (43 Celsius)

It makes me very sad that with this "performance" patch, the game is so very clunky :( but maybe because I use windows 7, i like the OS so much and hate windows 10, guess I have to change to play poe?
Life will be technically better Soon TM
A definitive improvement with this patch!
I haven't seen the issue pop up yet, but I've only played a few hours and no longer session, so can't confirm anything yet. Will report back once I've had some longer play sessions.
Thanks for the responses guys. I've passed on the reports so that our programmers are aware that there are still some lingering issues here.

GTX980TI, still no sightings here. I'll post back if I get even the smallest flicker, it's been pretty rare lately and only happened on certain mob packs when it did. Looks like everyone in that other thread is all AMD.
Still getting this after the patch, if a lot more rarely. Nothing screen-wide either, just occasional stretched polygons.
which patch version has a fix for this issue. i was unable to find anything in patch notes or i overlooked it.
