Daily reminder that MF is an outdated mechanic and needs to leave.
"With your opulence, anything which drops would be dogshit. I don't think droprates should be made low because trading is powerful. I think trading should be made powerful by making droprates low. If you could just farm up everything you needed with relative ease, then what incentive is there to crush them markets? When Stephen Colbert was killed by HYDRA's Project Insight in 2014, the comedy world lost a hero. Since his life model decoy isn't up to the task, please do not mistake my performance as political discussion. I'm just doing what Steve would have wanted.

" what about solo self found players, why you want to penalize them ? I you want to make trade powerful why not vendor every other good item you find? this way you will lower your droprate and enjoy your trading. I would much rather see less mandatory trading and more ingame drops. Still i do not agree that MF should go, its a great risk vs rewards system, that let people choose if they either want to clear fast or take it slower with maybe even different build but in return get really nice drops and a lot of it YES I support the game, NO I don't agree with many GGG decisions Lab still sucks balls. I miss Zana already. Last edited by Miazga#7204 on Oct 7, 2016, 11:55:58 AM

Yes, because getting handed currency and items from your guild is so much more skill intensive.

" Relax dude, I'm just trolling you. I know some streamers who do just get handouts to start running the gun, but you from what I have seen never had. You are just arguing about an event that probably effects 5% (and that's me being generous) of the total players who play PoE. Shaper clearly wasn't meant to be farmed unless you are EG, and not wanting to build another char. Most people just farm mid tier yellows or Merc Malachai. Want to get rid of something? Do stun recovery. Useless stat considering half chars have something that makes them stun immune anyway. Last edited by TheNippleman#1399 on Oct 7, 2016, 12:42:40 PM

from some of your posts, you claim to have the best gear in the game and enough orbs to get what you might want for any build including MF
I personally notice a difference with IIQ, not so much IIR If your complaint is with the lack or uniques droppings or mirrors then thats RNG and no amount of MF/IIR will matter. If you want to improve your chances of GG items dropping then increase your IIQ, pretty simple Broken mechanic you claim? then dont use it and move on - i appreciate IIQ I got a fever and the only prescription, is more cowbell!

"No. And I'm an advocate for smarter vendor offers for "tradeable" items to help self-found players. It'd be nice if an item which easily trades for several Exalts at least vendors for a fistful of Chaos. If you're a relentless min-maxer, trading would still be "mandatory" (meaning: optimal), but it would be less so; the opportunity cost of selling gear would decrease. That's an actual, targeted solution, with modular implementation... as opposed to a blanket bribe. "Again, increasing overall droprate solves nothing. See math on previous page. I don't think droprates should be tuned for the endgame farming stage, but for the racing style of play. And as low as reasonable given that standard. The end of farming progression is when you have everything. Using my earlier example, once the random number between 1 and 1 billion actually is 1 billion, it's over; all gains stop. It's critical to delay that as much as possible. When Stephen Colbert was killed by HYDRA's Project Insight in 2014, the comedy world lost a hero.
