I think you'll find belts with mods that have effects like +x% flask speed and others that affect the use of your flasks :)

I think the belt-mods refer to how many flasks you can carry. The standard is 5 now. But maybe you will start out with having only 2 flasks on your (not present) belt.
While some uniques can carry 6-7 flasks.

Oh, and while I'm here anyway:
Is there news about zooming in or out yet?
Or a minimap?

A good idea would be maybe to have belts offering to carry only 3flasks but with x% of increased charge & recovery (or other bonuses)
Current exiles under command :

Snoop Lv 73 cold witch Normal
Razagaal Lv 63 Fire summoner witch legacy
Daggoth Lv 50 AoF summoner Templar legacy
A good idea to add some fire/lightning spells in the game, coz atm there 5 cold spells (and no normal skill damage groups for them) and only 2 fire and 3 for lightning.

Something like Infernal beam - channeling fire damage per second ability, Fire armor - selfbuff increasing fire damage and ignite enemys when being hit, Chain lightning - ability with increasing number of bounces on skill gem level, Frost armor - selfbuff increasing armor and chills enemys when being hit, Storm - selfbuff which strikese a thunder on random nearby enemy each 3 sec and has a chance to release a spark from target enemy travels at random direction. And lots And lots more, i has thousands of ideas for dat pretty game.
