The flat phys rolls are useless. They only apply to attacks, so does not apply to BV as it is a spell.

Personally I am using Rainbowstrides for boots. They are cheap, offer solid resist / ES / mana, and most importantly give you a solid chunk of extra spell block when Rumi's is up. Using them would allow you to get rid of the need to have so much resists on your resists and amulet and focus more on DPS and/or ES affixes.

Using the 2nd BV is a pain. Is there any other ways to keep power charges and WM up?

orb of storms +pcoc+ curse on hit+ WM. that's pretty much the best "ghetto" setup if you can't afford skyforth

Not really efficiently, no, unless you have Skyforth. That's why most of use a 2nd BV. Using Blasphemy for Warlord's Mark takes away from precious mana reservation for Auras; a lot of people do this as Low Life but doing this as CI means you have to sacrifice Hatred or Discipline.

You can also get dual curse, link Herald of Thunder to Curse on Hit / Assassin's Mark / Warlord's Mark. Although then no power charges against single target boss fights.

Why do we need Hatred at all? Especially with extra cold damage from ToH? I gladly sacrifice Hatred for Blasphemy WM or Enfeeble, yet i still use 2-nd BV for power charges.

If you link 2-nd BV to IAoE gem, it will be far more reliable. And with some training, it's the best method to get power charges without spending 40+ exalted on unique boots with 80 ES and 0 resists.

I did that for the life based version and it worked perfectly well because of how much aoe it has. It isn't the same for this build though :/

Helm enchant and Dying Sun, and your BV AoE almost reaches 30 radius, it's shock radius of Vinktar. Is THAT not enough for you? ))..

I'm also having a hard time deciding to go either Nature's Boon or Veteran Bowyer. Any idea which is better overall?
