so armour is the only one got limitation? ES and EVA unlimited! block and dodge is also for dexterity and intelligence thats how this game favor for spell and bow user.

Not sure why Cast on Melee Kill and Critical Strike are represented in the Active Skill Gems section over the Support Skill Gems section.

" I don't think it works like that. The 500ms cooldown is only for one spell of the same type. It can cast only one spell per frame but can cast all socketed spells (but only in a sequence and only if the previous spell is on the 500ms cooldown). That means that the theoretical maximum number of spells per second is <number of spells> * 2. So with 3 different spells you can cast 6 spells per second with CoC. And each spell has 39% more damage on top of that and a 100% chance to cast on crit now. So its not that bad but not as great as before. |

" ES is kinda overwhelming, but eva and block and dodge is not that good. Eva is capped at 95%, and you cant get es and dodge, or block and dodge at the same time, and this evasions won't prevent you from getting one shot but armor will. -_-

The Mjölner nerf is totally unnecessary; only Juggernaut mjölner was currently OP, you nerfed juggernaut and nerfed discharge, fine, that should be it.
Mjölner was already nerfed to 30% 2 leagues ago, and with this trigger nerf you should just remove the item from leagues or make it that it has a requirement level of 1 and drops as much as a tier trash unique, so at least we will earn some alch wards from it... A lvl 1 character equiped with a rusted sword is gonna have better DPS than a legacy mjölner build worth over 300 ex. I feel like obviously the game needs balancing from time to time, with slight nerfs, for example coc builds required little investment and had high power, so a small nerf (small, the nerf right now is like saying "cast on crit gem has been removed from the game") was necessary... A game based on rewards (only 1% of the pop. play for the competitiveness) such as poe should be inclusive and not destructive, since closing build options / destoying uniques feels very counterproductive to increase our already limited player base, and hurts badly the confidence of the current players affected by the changes. Props on all the other good news/content and performance improvements. |

I wish I could forget reading these skill changes. I enjoy playing melee, most of the melee skills they listed as buffs are garbage.
I like how they write, "this is a buff" but leave out, "this is a nerf". |
