I was about to post it.
CPU-Z can easily tell you if your CPU has AVX (and other instructions).
Anyone can see at the insturctions, if its CPU supports AVX.
For more options (like asus/gigabyte/msi/asrock skin and even chinese) you can check here.

still will, i suspect, since i don't see this somehow fixing the usual "wall of lag" contenders or sudden disconnects or server instability despite the small playerbase.
Can you just add the option to disable particle effects? Like rain, fog, floating things? Rain is a big
