What if i told you that pro-lab (or white knights call them as you want) already used that "argument" to justify and explain that traps were already in game before the labyrinth? Yeah i know mind-blowing.


As for the OP, i can see your frustration, and feel for you completely. Read innervation's last post you will understand that this kind of mechanics are not in any way comperable to what traps in the labyrinth are. The same applies to Izaro 3rd stage and the Plaza boss, where traps in both instances as also showcased in the new crema boss are very smoothly intergrated into the gameplay and are not altering in such a huge way lab traps do.

But again i have to ask, since maps are literaly optional content and are other same tier maps without traps or similar mechanics, why this forces you to leave while the mandatory lab running and ascendancy gating doesnt? There are alternatives to the one and none to the other, so the latter is a much more solid reason to quit.

Anyway dont let white knights and the bully brigade demoralize you, wait a bit more and make your decision after the patch notes. So if you dont have problem with the current lab and ascendancy situation, you will probably be ok after this expansion hits live. And that advice is coming from the person who for 6months still tries to change how these things work.

Thats all, if you made completely your mind, then have fun elsewhere, i dont know you personally but by your badges its clear you have been an asset to GGG. Sadness and shame that anything lab related has THAT much effect and GGG still ignores the complaints. Take care man.

I thought the Butcher fight in Diablo 3 was nice. I wish we had more like it. At first it looked like Fire and Fury was heading in that direction, but they did something more tame.
we get a lot of new maps, bosses and they even reworked the old ones and you bitch about one bossroom mechanic??

I can't tell if OP is being satirical or not...he's leaving because they're adding mechanics to boss fights? It's not even cancerous mechanics just simple ones like flipping a switch to stop boss from regening.
