Introducing New Base Items

CindyCorselle: Holy shit wow you really are new. Compare the numbers. At higher levels, the coral amulet is totally useless. Let's say you have 5k life (low for a character with a focus on life regen). 1% life regen is 50 life per second. The coral amulet caps out at 4 life per second. With a righteous fire build that generally wants over 9k life, 1.2% regen is at least 108 life per second, which is 27x a max roll coral.

Geeeet over yourself :D As harder content gets introduced, it's obvious that higher-end items need to exist. It's not like old mirrored gear suddenly becomes bad, it just becomes slightly less mind-bendingly optimal.

So hyped for new bases! Hope theyre well scaled in terms of progression such that older base types dont become obsolete.

I'll never understand all this 'BROKENITEMS OKGGTHXGGG' nonsense... theyre only broken with regards the current meta; If you introduce new high tier content you can add depth to character scalability. Here's hoping you hit that balance first time GGG!

That belt seems way too powerful. I plan on playing a ci build in 2.4 but the step up from chain belt is insane! Starting to get worried about power creep
