ZiggyD's Community Unique Design - Names and Flavour Text

Seeing that the wording on the primary affix has been changed, the first thing that comes to mind is how this works now. The example below illustrates what i mean:

Scenario: char has 12k evasion and 4k armour

A: lower of the two values is 4k
--> 10% increased damage (= old wording)

B: 12k + 4k = 16k
--> 40% increased damage

I would assume that B is correct but it would be great if one of the devs could comment on this.

I second that, here's hoping there will be a poll on this part of the creation process as well. Still, the poring through part is inevitable to make an adequate, presentable selection.
