All brazilian players from a huge ISP are having the same "Failed to connect to instance" problem

Same problem here, vivo ADSL.

Having the same issue here.

In some particular days the problem gets much worse, and the disconnects (as Failed to connect to instance) happens more often.

One thing that helped me was reseting the modem, just tried yesterday. I was getting disconnects almost once every 5 loadscreens or so, and after reseting, for some reason everything was stable again. Could be just a coincidence, but something worth trying, just as a small help ultill it is fixed for good.
