All brazilian players from a huge ISP are having the same "Failed to connect to instance" problem

same here,vivo fibra
Well, I have the same problem, use VIVO, but not fiber.

Changing gateways don't help at all:

As you can see the problem persists, no matter what server.
Support staff is assuming it's an ISP issue, so it looks like it's us against Vivo for a change.

The information you and some other players have provided confirms that new connections are either taking too long and timing out, or just not being received at all. Given that it's spread relatively evenly across the BR servers and is affecting multiple players we can only assume it's a network issue.

In this case you will need to contact your ISP to see if there's anything they might be able to do in order to allow your connections to go through.
I play from EU and have the same problems. Yesterday was so bad that i couldnt even login . Now im mostly stucked in highgate.
I have the same problem. When changing instances, I get "Abnormal disconnect: Failed to connect to instance". I'm using VIVO too but NOT FIBER. I'll try some free trial of some tunneling systems then i'll return here and tell you how it went.

VIVO, that provides internet conection sucks, but the problem begun this sunday/monday, I don't know if its something the staff of PoE did, or if its VIVO problem
Have the same problem, using vivo dsl, pingzapper fixed it for me, and forget trying to contact Vivo support, they wont help you, last time i had a problem with them like this no one could help, only when GGG helped that it was solved.
guys this problem isnt happening only in poe, did a quick search today and found this

http://boards.br.leagueoflegends.com/pt-br/c/ajuda-suporte-e-bugs/nJw1kxoE-vivo-speedy-ping-125ms-cravado-desde-saabado-o-normal-ao-40

the problem is with VIVO , i dont think GGG can do anything about it
Exill, the problem we are talking about has nothing to do with high latency, so it's completely unrelated to the link you sent.

And yes, GGG can do something. They can contact their host (softlayer) who is the most interested in not having timeouts between their host and one of the bigest ISPs in the country.

This is not an ISP issue, it's happening with players in multiple countries and only affects poe (I'm playing dota 2, hearthstone and cs:go just fine).
