And about vigilant strike, i put a fortify support on the leap slam gem, i think i got the same result, and my move skill il also use to tank dammage. Did i miss something about Vigilant Strike who could be essential for survival?

Leap Slam takes 0.8 sec to cast, has about 60% chance to hit a single target in high tiers and gives you a 5 sec Fortify.

Vigilant Strike takes 0.45 sec to cast, always has 100% chance to hit and gives you a 12 sec Fortify.

VS was hard to target until one of the recent patches. Now it's easy to use and far superior to the Fortify support added to Leap Slam. It's nice to auto-fortify when you leap into a pack (with multiple targets it always hits something because Leap Slam is AoE), but it's not really needed for clearing. And against the bosses getting a 12 sec Fortify quickly and reliably can be a life saver.

what about using Heretic's Veil

No int, low ES, incompatible with application method for 2/3 curses, which provide decent enough defense already, so it' pointless.
Got a small question: why do we use orb of storms? I do have it in my gem slots, but i never use it

It keeps cursing static bosses. Like Shaper, or some guardians. If a boss doesn't move much, you can self cast the orb of storms that will perma curse the bosses, insread of waiting for cwdt to trigger!

except its not linked to any curses at all.
its just for triggering elemental overloard!
Tried this build finally this league on Berserker after playing it previously on Scion and Witch on Standard with end game gear. Killed the Shaper few times but it felt harder than on Standard with end game gear , probably also because Berserker does take more damage then the other 2 classes I played previously

Berserker level 94 on Legacy league :

INT: 1769
ES: 10203
DPS: 8.566 in hideout with Chaos Golem and LL (12.570 max DPS with Elemental Overload)
13.014 in hideout with Chaos Golem and EF instead of LL ( 19.098 max DPS with Elemental Overload)
Resistances : 78/76/71 (fire/cold/lightning)

My gear in Legacy :

Overall I felt it much better on Shaper and even on some T16s without LL , way more DPS when replacing LL with EF . Dont know what will happen in 3.0 if this build will still be viable , but now even with the nerf to Pyre and the (ES+Int) gear prices skyrocketing because of the fkin HOWA builds , this build still delivers a lot of fun and power to be able to do entire game content.

Thanks again to Kelvynn to make such a powerful build without going crazy with spending hundreds of exalts to be able to roll the entire content !
This has probably already been considered, but would a good Three Rat talisman be better than an uncorrupted Astramentis, assuming you could make enough Strength and Dex from it? You'd have the potential for another couple of good mods for damage/ES/Resists on top if you get lucky, though no chance to corrupt for +1 Curse. And would an Ashscale talisman with 70 Int, 24 Str and Dex, 47 flat ES, 20% inc ES, and 26% inc fire damage as the implicit be worse than even a poorly rolled Astramentis?

A friend thinks the Ashscale is the better option. I think the Three Rat COULD be better (Barring the potential for +1 Curse on the Astramentis), but the risk is in finding a good rare Three Rat, and it won't help much with stats early on.

Any thoughts?
what do you guys think about using iron will support instead of life leach ? I mean we do have a lot of strength with astramentis and bsc wouldn't it be better than even conc effect or elemental focus?

yes, a perfectly rolled three rats could be better than an ordinary astramentis. but I really dont think even a perfectly rolled one would come even close to a +1curse astramentis.

no. this build already sits at around 800% of various sources of increased damage. say you have 300 strength, which is already plenty. that would translate into 60% increased damage, plus the 40% on the gem itself. so it would provide roughly 100% increased damage. this roughly translates into 11% MORE damage. the weakest link in this build is either cold to fire (30% MORE), or controlled destruction or ele focus (45% and 50% MORE, respectively). so iron will doesnt even come close.
