Build is quite nice even with my 10-13 ex total cost gear.

I have a question.

I killed all bandits on normal and didn't took diamond skin cluster for resistances. (so totally i have 4 extra passives). Now with my gear my resistances are 147/143/124. What is your advice on this issue? Which clusters should i get? Maybe Faith of Steel + Nullification or Lightning Walker to cap my resistances? Or maybe additional jewel socket with +13-15 lightning resistance?

Which of these options would be better?

For the moment my ES: 8100.

Would be also nice if you can take a look on my gear and tell me what should i do next to improve generally my items, ES or deeps. Character name: Autism_On_Hit

Thank you ! :)

Why would you not take diamond skin and then use those points to pick up less useful nodes like nullification?

Either get gear good enough to cap your res as you are now or spec the diamond skin nodes

Explain me why should i spend 3 passive points just to get + 13 lightning ressistance?
hey. i got a problem. Using your setup and my curse on hit doesnt work. I have nod for +1 curse and ring and it doesnt curse mobs. U know why?
Guide says your Ball Lightning must be lvl 4, yours is lvl 10.
ty. i think its working now.
I don't think Shaper's slam falls of as you get further away, I can reliably survive it with 9.2k ES and AA+granite flask and just standing still, no fortify (I have around 1k ES left afterwards). Not sure if it can crit, which would suck I guess, and it is possible to run out of basalts if you get unlucky (mine has 2 uses).

I'm also looking forward to an update for the flask section. Is it a must to run a Sulphur on Elementalist? I do see a small difference in damage but not a crucial amount like it would on an Inquisitor

Spoiler
Currently using these:

Starting to do higher Tier maps, swapped the Topaz for this Sulphur:

Just like the Flasks section says, this build does not require any flasks to function. You can use any flasks that work for you and vary them depending on the particular encounter or map mods. Especially now in 2.4 with these new bosses that all do different things. I have recommendations for some of the fights in the boss guide, but there are so many options for different play styles.

For example, I totally fail to understand why some people use Atziri's Promise with this build. 15% added chaos damage for 2 x 4.2 sec hardly makes any difference in the endgame. We don't have a way to easily refill flasks during boss encounters like the crit builds or Pathfinder etc. So I prefer things like 15/60 Sulphur that lasts much longer and contributes in a different way. But it's just a matter of personal style. I'm not very good with flasks, so I prefer more reliable solutions. If you like to have a flask for a short burst - that's totally fine.

Inquisitor + Sulphur is the only case where I strongly recommend a flask because that class has such a nice synergy with it. For the Witch and Scion versions there is no such bias and you can run with anything that you feel comfortable with.

tested and it working quite well able to do map that i cant do usually
fast leech althrough my chest color wasnt right
i using CWDT lv 4, increased duration, Temporal chain , enfeeble, curse on hit

You are making that RRRBBG chest work? What's CoH for? If your curses are triggered by CWDT directly, CoH does nothing.

Nice build, the only bad part is that you need like 100 exalts to get your gear for end game.

My gear in the Essence league cost less than 10 ex total. It's posted in the Templar version and I'm not even upgrading him, he still wears exactly the same stuff as in the Deathless Shaper Kill video.

Did I miss GGG releasing new endgame content that requires better gear? ;)

Very nice items! If you can max resists without Kraityn and Diamond Skin - that's great. Use the saved skill points to get the good stuff 4-5 levels earlier. Especially the jewel sockets.

If your one lacking resist is LR then just take Lightning Walker, why not. However, Faith and Steel is 8% all resists for 2 skill points. Kraityn is 10% all resists for 1 skill point. You don't need any %ES nodes, your ES comes from Int (1500 Int = 300% inc ES). You are still lv 81, it will get a whole lot better by lv 92.

It's quite possible that they changed it in 2.4.1, or maybe it was always a matter of critting/not critting. I used to just survive it at first in Standard cause I have huge ES there, but after getting 1-shot by it a couple times in the league with 8.5k ES I decided to just dodge it. Especially since it almost never happened while facetanking. But now the Shaper uses it regardless of where you are, so I should take another look.

I've been busy with other stuff and haven't played much PoE in the last few days. I'll get back into the game and check stuff again to see for myself.

Alright, I've been thinking.

Mastermind of Discord never penetrates Cold Res since you don't cast any Fire Skills...

Why not replace Added Fire Pen with Added Cold Pen?

Because the build uses Pyre and thus Cold Pen is completely useless as you can't deal cold damage.
well currently testing
Using double curse only current or warlock only

and was doing well
Enjoy Legacy!!!!

Sorry if it may looked a bit offensive of my part, but i was just going by what is on POE.Trade, most body armors like yours are like 20-50 exalts on it. Then there is the rest of the armor pieces, which once again the similar ones are going for a few exalts too. Guess the whole CI meta promoting that the streamers done, ended inflating the prices on ES gear a bit?
