because low(ish)-level chars don't need all 8 points, and high-level ones... well, let's just say that 5c(or w/e) will be far less price than the very probable chance of losing 10%xp FOR NOTHING.
And worst change is putting almost all bosses in new version of maps into fucking small areas, where you can't kite well or dodge stuff. What a terrible idiot invented that I want say to him: dude flick you, seriously flick you very much.

What do you mean pay someone to run them? Is there a way to skip the shitty gameplay and just fight last izaro to get to the reward room? If not your comment makes no sense, people wanna skip the whole fucking thing to just get the end rewards, if there was a way to do that lab would only receive half the hate it does now.

My main issue is the new trap system implementation.

Seriously GGG, as designers, how could you simply come up with that kind of trash mechanic.

As a level designer I do believe that it is a good and interesting mechanic.

HOWEVER, do you realise that by asking players to damage the trap without taking any damage, you are actually punishing melee and melee caster players.

If I read things right, players will have to dish out dps on the trap ''totem'' for it do be disabled. Therefore Range players wont have any issues regarding this as they wont need to enter the ''range'' of the trap.

So yeah... you just made life harder for hybrids AND MELEE PLAYERS.

CoC Discharge wont be viable anymore and so wont Flicker or Wild Strike builds along other builds that prioritized melee builds over range builds.


I also think that adding another lab completely sucks. Why not just make uniques more interesting, less crappy? 80% of uniques goes to the vendor, the game feels like Diablo 3 when it came out ( and notice my name). Furthermore, adding a 4th lab shouldnt affect the 6 points of ascendancy. Just come up with better and fitting new nodes.

That strawpoll as of 25th May has an average of 4.9. The most voted for individual option may be 1 but that doesn't tell the full picture.

I mean, if you consider that mid-range votes neither hate nor love the labyrinth, then in a binary sense of hating or not hating the labyrinth: the haters are a minority.

It's not as clear-cut as the OP implies.

Personally, I love the labyrinth and am looking forward to this new aspect to the game.

I like the ascendancy points but never received an enchantment that was useful. Also the ones I wanted was not available to buy or just to costly 15Ex for example. I like monsters no more traps please.


How to improve?

1. Dump the traps or at least most of them
2. 3 times monster density
3. Add lots of Rouge Exiles
4. Level is raised to -2 or -5 player level, with the existing minimums.
5. Random shrines
6. Map drops
7. Some builds (glass cannon) have a hard time with Izaro. LOL for hardcore some tough lessons learned?
8. Open it up some more, you do realize some maps are not worth running unless you have low map pool
? Limit runs per day.

You pay someone who is good at the game to kill Izaro for you. You still have to get through the traps but the traps are really easy anyway unless you are literally retarded.
its a really weird marketing move they have havoc and etup zeno and phox and some others who promote the game on twich nonstop

those guys play hc thats how they attract their audience every death means viewer standard streamer can never pull the same numbers

the challenges and the lab resulted in hc temp player migrating to sc temp league which means they drain the playerbase force them out of their comfort zone

anyone who played the last 5 days of flashback hc could see trade/1 wasnt moving at all

if this continues it will have a bad influence on the game and twich promotion you cant promote a game with multiple league modes if they are ghosttowns

ps wtf itzaro isnt the problem here a naked bladefall miner can oneshot hi without him doing any action at all making it possible that a 85+ can die in a lvl 10 zone (lag dc whatever) is just plain bad design

i hate lab cause of the one shot of the boss...
Well am in the i dont like the lab train, havent died to it to hate it like some of the people, but its just so meh and so now i gotta run low lv maps just to get the 1 piece to get my last 2 points and get it over with? because truth be told am not planning on running it more than 1 time even if this lab means the 4th tier of enchants.
Screw the random bullshit on enchants, not one mention about improving the way the enchant pool is assigned.

Side question: how much you guys think taxis gonna charge for this one, similar to aztri? You provide the piece and the run is free hopefully. Am guessing around the 10-20C bare minimal

No mention about the zone level since but merc is 68 can only guess it will be around 70-75?
