I've had a disproportionate number of decorative items and skin transfers. Skin transfers, I totally get, that's like a bad rip on a lotto.
Decorative items, I just don't use or really want.

I would suggest decorative items be in a separate, hideout-box, and other microtransactions that aren't decorative in this box, or similar.

GGG said they are working towards a new system for character appearance MTX, so this will most probably separated from hideout items at that stage :)

@Everyone complaining about not getting the MTX pieces they wanted from a lotto box..... It's gambling... You know what you're getting into when you buy them. If you are going to complain when you take a chance on something then don't do it. If you go to Vegas and blow your money in a Casino, are you going to complain to the Casino management? I doubt it.... If you can't handle the gamble then don't buy it and just wait until it's released as a paid item as Chris' instructions clearly stated.

I personally would term gambling as you have a chance to lose your investment or money. Everything in the mystery boxes is worth the actual cost or more. Sure you might not get everything you want but you arent getting nothing in return.

Also if you don't get a full set of armour in 4 boxes you will still get to complete them later for the cost of individual pieces instead of a full set.

False. When you get duplicates, you get absolutely nothing =/

I'm a little disappointed. I mean you have very fair buisness model (the fairest of all F2P games out there, except maybe for DOTA2) and this is why I keep buying Packs to the best of my financial abilities at any given time but these boxes are like completely opposite of everything you've done. Are they improved? Probably. But really getting single pieces of armor is completely stupid, especially since we CAN'T GET RID OF DUPLICATES. What am I supposed to do with 3 Radiant armors or 4 pair of boots? I can't even organize MTX so it's one, big cluster$%^# of things...


Either make it more expensive and give whole set or allow to gift surplus of skins to someone else. Or allow to exchange armor parts (supposedly the most valuable) for some hideout effects instead atleast. I have 10 gargoyles, I could use another 10.

I really don't get why you guys insist in shiny stuff like Radiant, Seraph and all of that. It destroys the theme of the game, it totally looks off and ugly.

Those golden sets would make sense in an important NPC or unique boss, not in a player where we are suppossed to be exiles picking up trash to survive. The only thing that makes sense are skill skins and maybe glowing in some weapons because enchants.

On top of it, an update of RNG MTX where you can get duplicates and you can't do a thing about them. Fix that if you want more people buying. The only thing that seems interesting are the hideout items to be honest.

The second thing that IMO they should add, FULL SETS from box, not part by part. I dont have any use (or dont know person) who will be happy with half of pieces of set or just one. Those sets look good only if full or maybe without only the helm, and I think most people want them only when full.
Giving option to buy pieces was always bad, since even discounts are for full sets only.

I would maybe buy some chests if in future I could buy the missing parts of set for discounted price too. Sometimes the prices are like 300 for full set, but piece by piece is 500. So missing pieces you need cost 300 just as the full set.
