Thank you for keeping up with the massive "shitlist" of ideas on how to get something changed that they specifically like the way it is now.

I had hoped after time and time again that you might have got it thru the think skull of yours that GGG has no interest in removing the ascension method from the lab and that the dumbass arguments of frogger this, unfun that doesn't really matter when it comes to the largest power creep likely in any ARPG game ever.

Still seems like you got 40\40 so can't hate the game enough to want to quit, can't say the same for others apparently, which you know the hour or so total you have to spend fucking with the lab is too much to bear compared to the rest of the content people claim to be enjoying, including the broken ass, diviners boxes.

Feedback is giving your piece and moving on, compiling a massive list of anything that is different from the status quo is just compiling a list, I'm sure if GGG cared, they would compile something like this internally, as they likely do for other topics.

GGG wants it the way its now
A much smaller number of players than the "lab-haters" like it as it is now
The majority of the community doesnt really care, and wont care if alternatives are added

That is how I believe it is. Essentially, there are people who like the lab, people who hate it, people who don't care. The majority of people are people who don't really care for it. They run it 3-4 times and then the don't do it again. That is hardly a success. Nobody is hyping up to come back to to PoE leagues so they can start running the lab again. It's more about the other parts of the game, the lab just granting you a power boost and then leaving it in the dust.

It doesn't have to be that way. Now I don't expect anything in 3.0 but after... they have addressed end game with atlas and a bit of leveling here with oriath. So maybe a change to lab afterwards, who knows.
