I've seen you post reasonably and intelligently elsewhere, so it took me by surprise.

It is unflattering but it sums the whole thing up perfectly. You either have suggestions that are good, but are hardly something you could do overnight and you have those that are just outright terrible. And after enduring that for 349 pages... it might get old.

You make a good point. Although, the analogy would be something more along the lines of the original band lead guitarist and the lead singer switched to bass guitar and drums. The fans are hoping they go back to their original recipe of success. PoE is crap right now as far as I'm concerned and I don't play anymore except when my wife wants to play in a group. I'm hoping that they get the old band back together in 3.0 though.

No one has yet addressed poor Dos_Fafner's state of being assless. After one's ass has been disconnected can they continue to defecate? This may be a problem with life threatening consequences! My ex-wife's grandfather died of constipation. It sounds like a very painful way to go.

So I have been away a while. What are the newest threats to GGG if they don't comply? I see they have lost countless players and are now on the edge of shutting down right? Have they erected enough safe spaces?

There's no threats here. Just some people trying to see if there's a way to make PoE a more enjoyable experience.

More like people remembering a better time when this game was more fun. Clearly the majority still enjoy this game so its time to accept the game you loved does not exist anymore and move on.


I am not saying don't post or complain, just realize the ship has sailed forever. Do not expect your POE to ever exist again.

I say this trying to be helpful, the anger will vanish and you will just accept this is not a game for you any more.

The anger vanished long ago. It's more of a fond memory thing now. I still have hope though. Although, I'm getting into Grim Dawn lately. I tended more towards the solo self found side of things in PoE. Grim Dawn seems like a very good choice for SSF. Trading does not seem to be a required part of the experience. I didn't really mind it in PoE too much although it was sometimes a bother. Getting back on subject for a moment, labyrinth is really not very compatible with the need to trade philosophy of PoE, in that there are no way points or town portals so interrupting a labyrinth run to answer a trade request means abandoning the labyrinth run. Which is another example of labyrinth not fitting in well with the rest of the game.
