Labrynth = not fun
The point is, while not everyone is a fan of traps and puzzles in ARPGs, I think everyone would agree that there needs to be checkpoints. From desyncs, to modem resets, power outages, and the angry wife - people do need to step away.
POE has always been 15-30 minutes between checkpoints. It is no longer like that. Now a 2 hour marathon is expected, and I haven't played 2 uninterrupted hours of gaming since I was raiding ToV in EQ. |

it was fun until I got all the way to the end boss then died and realised I had to start all over

Spend an hour and a half clearing to the final boss on merciless. Get one-shot by boss. Consider spending another hour and a half to re-clear. Pass.
After about half a day in the new expansion, I'm already logging out to go read a book rather than play new content. That's by far the shortest time from patch to boredom of any PoE update. The labyrinth is long, tedious, annoying, and unrewarding. With the final boss able to kill a well-geared character in a single hit forcing a repeat the entire damn dungeon, with a high probability of the exact same thing occurring, it just killed the entire game for me. I'll check back later and see what changes are made, but I'm already tired of it. |

yeah GGG needs to make labyrinth runs 2 kinds
you can die and resurrect at same point, and lose the enchant option => ppl who have time will get their rewards with GEAR (i understand that). => ppl (like me) who can't afford to play 2h straight easily (and i have 7 lvl 70+ char) so having to play 7x2x3 + the new char on league to get ascendency point and finish a build. NO THANKS. it'll be already kind of thing you do only when you have no XP in cruel/merc.. but seriously if i wanted to play Tomb Raider, i'd actually do that on a game that actually allow moving and reasoning. |

Just what I expected. We now have arcade game instead of rpg. Didnt even start downloading update. I started to hate this labyrinth just after I watched a trailer
If I dont reply to you - I dont give a flying duck about your opinion
If you dont reply to me - I dont care either because I dont come back to see who replied to me |

" First off, man, bummer it was taking you that long. I did all 6 of the trials as well as the labyrinth in about that time. The entire labyrinth including the boss in Merciless probably took me between about 30 and 45 minutes I think. But then, I think I had about 80k dps going in. I was one-shotting most packs and the Izaro fight lasted maybe 30 seconds, and Flickerstrike can speed up movement quite a bit sometimes. As for the boss one-shotting you, that must have been really unlucky or something. I only have 4492 hp, pure evasion (so no physical damage reduction at all) and Izaro never oneshotted me. I took some pretty hard hits though, I'm pretty sure at least one of them must have left me with something around 100hp. I think if you want to not die you probably want a minimum of 4400 life going into that fight. I was really quite unsure as to whether I had enough HP to survive it going in. Maybe it was me that was lucky, rather than you that was unlucky. I dunno. |

This expansion is the biggest shit ever. There is no fun at all to run like an idiot from one part to another and back. Was looking forward for new content and spells. This labyrinth crap makes no funbat all its just boring and much to long...

I hate the traps. I don't want to do it but you have to for the new overpowered shit they added.
A game where the view point is so zoomed in makes it a nightmare. |

Please just add some kind of dc protection, I love this game but my net dc's once a hour or sometimes more making this game unplayable with labyrinth..

The DC's are rare from the server side guys.
The layrinth should take you at worst 15 minutes if your overleveling it like you should be, its a hard place you're not meant to enter in at the level of the zone IGN Nem:KrippsGardener
