Look, I will be nice and bullet point the simple answers that have already been stated...

- This is the FIRST WAVE
- It needs to be PREMIUM, because you need to NAME YOUR STASH
- It does not remove the ability of selling from your stash in the traditional methods, it just provides an API for websites to access and provide faster results

It costs $1.5 to take ONE stash tab and upgrade it to premium, are you f**king really complaining about this? It isn't mandatory to play the game YET you will be SO f**king quick to complain about OTHER people having done it already and having a spare premium tab to sell with? F**k you. So many good things have been done for free with this game and you whine about $1.5 for something you DON'T NEED.

I kinda have to play devil's advocate here, if the plan is to implement these features to standard tabs in the next wave like Gastub is alluding to, the timing of the sale makes sense. Imagine they put out this news post, then put premium tabs on sale and come out a few days later with "Btw, trading functionality is coming to regular tabs, as well". Dat outrage.

Not saying I think it's overwhelmingly likely, but, you know ... not entirely impossible.

The functionality for editing a tab is in premium stash tabs only. So with that in mind they only did what makes sense...add more entries in the drop down box.

i posted about the same thing yrs ago. the next logical step is to create a public party board like the one u use to join parties with where u can search for stuf.

It called Premium tab. i bought some when i started POE and so useful on each leagues.
GGG might be change to trading for all of stash tabs but i have no problem it stay premium tab only.
you know you can put your item on shop without 3rd party tools. edit your shop from here, click your character open stash, then choice items and type some code. quite simple.

i thought people overreaction is concern about POE future GGG will going pay to play but seem it's not. kids keep crying and yailling "this is p2w!"

So you're saying the official Poe trade forum will go down?Nah I don't think so.People will still use the shops so a need for a parser will still exist.
Either fork out 3 bucks for a couple of tab upgrades or just enjoy the older methods that are free and work just as well.

Other sites already said they won't index the shops anymore,just the public stashes.
They won't go down. It will be inefficient to search the shops when 90% has premium tabs for them.
Poe trade will work as is but it's not GGG's.
And why people conclude that whoever is against that is poor or doesn't have premium tabs?

I don't want to complain just tell you my story (excuse my poor English plz):
I'm from a small and poor country. I started playing PoE a few years ago. After I played a bit I thought I need more stash tabs. But I didn't (and still don't) have credit card (the annual fees are quite high over here and I am on dialysis treatment and can't earn enough money). I found a website where I could buy via the WebMoney system. As I played PoE more and more and it helped me to distract myself from my health issues I just felt I need to thank GGG somehow. So I bought another regular stashes though I didn't need them that much actually. Now I have 24 of them total. So I wonder why I don't have the right to have at least 2-3 of my tabs converted to premium? That would be fair, imho, after all I spent my hard earned money too. Now I can't even buy premium tabs cos the website where I was buying PoE points doesn't sell them anymore.

They had had premium tabs before that, and char slots afterwards. Theres a whole thread indexing all offers that ever were. I'm quite sure you can see theese offers always real close to any new league or expansion, but also in between.
I think GGG have a plan for all of this but people are feeling so fuckin entitled that they enrage the second they have no clue about whats goin on.
