Ascendancy Enchantments

How does these "skills" scale? Like 'Decree of Fury', whats its damage effectiveness. What tags does it have Projectile, Pierce, AoE?
Is there a box that shows this info like skill gems or do we just have to guess?

Don't look that powerful to me. But maybe it's just the revealed ones that are so weak, and there's going to be much better enchantments.

However, will Labyrinth be for everyone or only for mirror geared ppl?

300 head enchantments with prob atleast 5 point difference between best and worst roll.
So 1/1500 chance of getting enchantment u want with top roll thats 0.06% chance of gettin
Thats 3.6% in 10tries which takes prob like 5h.
I arleady see these "impossible to get good rolls" topics :D

They stated they don't have a range, so no "point difference".
Great, now reduce the mana cost of skills, remove fortify and put the monster health and damage back down and your game can be playable again.
