good suggestion with culling strike. Will test that.

I have a new tactic vs izaru. I equip tabula instead of my other chest ( bc it's not 6 linked) equip spell dmg dagger and spell damage shield. I swap minefield out for controlled destruction (perhaps added chaos once it's 20/21). Then i lay 9 mines before he spawned, use atziri and sulphur flask, detonate once while vulnerability is up. And then he's dead. On my gear / skilltree with vulnerability (at 50% effectiveness), those 9 mines do around 1.7 million damage over 3 seconds with lvl 19 gems. After that i just swap minefield in again.
Though he dies with the normal setup in a few seconds last phase, i still prefer a oneshot.

Even the initial hit is enough for the kill, the poison damage is 5 times higher. (He doesn't understand that he is "killed" already in p1 and p2, but p3 is fine. This should be good for uber atziri, too. No clue how much more hp she has. (but then with defensive setup, not the tabula i'm using right now, with whatever weapon and shield:D.


Edit: selfcasting golem again, using random trap, multi trap, cluster trap for 12 traps = 96% increased damage from saboteur for boss killing.

With everything set up, i'm at 27k avg damage per bladefall hit.

With lvl 21 bladefall, 2 - 2.5 million per 9 bladefall wave should be possible, with better gear even more :D. Insane boss killing potential. Absolutly perfect for bossfights, where you can setup your mines before engaging. If i'd actually get a 6 link Cloak of defiance, i'd be at over 7k effective life.

Can you link dagger and shield you're using?

Btw, +1 Tabula would even rock more there ;)

Hi, no clue how linking works, but my profile is public. Just bought 3c wand and 3c shield. both around 80 spell damage. I'm trying to 6 link a cloak right now, 2 5 links in less then 30 fuse, hope i get a 6 link when those sell.

I think damage this way should be enough to "oneshot" every mob in the game, when i can prepare 9 mines before engaging. What has more than 2 million health per phase? :D

At least when i have 21 gems, this should be true.

just did mao kun the unique map. 1 single bladefall did enough damage to get the boss to 0% hp.

Edit: oh sorry, i think the thing from saboteur procced, so it was 2 mines.

4. Switch between inventory/stars, weapon slot 1/2
5. ctrl-alt click desired item

lol, looking at your skill tree again I totally forgot to take the Force Shaper cluster... tooltip dmg went up from 3400 to 4200 :)

:) yeah, the physical damage cluster is insane. But if i would play hardcore, i'd take the revenge of the hunted evasion / life cluster first.

I respecced a bit and I have the notable Revenge of the Hunted.. didn't take the other two.

Also no Soul Siphon yet.... running with two vaal clarities I don't have the need yet. I did get the as third jewel socket that one just top left from the Shadow starter...

Also I went for the increased mine detonation radius in that mine/trap cluster on the right. This allows me to be further away from the mobs. It doesn't increase the radius of the blades falling. Just the radius between totem and mines to be triggered. Not sure if it's worth though. However mobs trigger now mines when they're at the screen edge.

just got minefield 20% quality yesterday, it gives 20% radius too, haven't used it yet, still boss farming without minefield. wonder how it will feel.
