A 6link minion staff, a 4link minion helm, and a 6link chest walk into a bar... But seriously, what's the difference between that flask and a Surgeon's Quicksilver of Adrenaline? I guess the Onslaught buff (attack/cast/move speed) means I don't need The Blood Dance... but I'd rather have the frenzy charges for, y'know, attack/cast speed and damage.
