Just gonna give my quick opinion on the build from a starter point of view who started lvling with reave right from the get go.

It's a very fun build, but for me it really started to shine once I got increased area effect. I see all these videos of people using reave and clearing the entire screen, how they achieve that without increased area effect is beyond me. I would definitely level up using other skills if I had to do it all over again, maybe split arrow (just personal preference) before swapping over to use reave.

Only difference between my skill tree and yours is that I had to pick up the +30int nodes for Increased AoE, which can be easily specced out of when my gear and gems is where I need it. I also picked up slight of hand, could have sworn one of the skill trees linked was either bugged or something because it was specced into but only a couple nodes around it was missing.

Those weapons have carried me for all of my leveling so far, I found the axe and the sword cost 1 alch, The only thing I was bummed out was that +range on weapons doesn't effect the range of reave. While it noticeably effected my riposte and vengeance range. My sword is long overdue for a upgrade but it's amazing how powerful this character still feels after 52 levels with hardly any upgrades besides self found junk.

I'm going to keep on rocking this build, thanks a lot!!
Hi! Happy to hear you like the build!

The Trick for Screen clear AoE without inc. Aoe in the links is Vaal Reave. Just try it and switch the inc. AoE link for inc. Crit strikes after you saw the Vaal Reave AoE ;)

Okay, cool, thanks for clearing that up. They were showing up with broken up points assigned in that area for some reason, both on the website and when c/p'd into the offline builder (fully updated), so I couldn't tell if you took Sleight of Hand on purpose or it was just bugged.

They are using vaal reave, which greatly increases aoe. That's why you don't need the aoe gem. I suggest you try using it. It's really fun and doesn't need any links.
Just wanted to stop in and say that the dps increase when getting Death's Hand is insane! I went from 29k (relentless fury and HoI) to 50k with Death's Hand and HoA.
Thanks for the tips, Vaal Reave makes a huge difference, quite fun also!

Made it up to lvl 67 and the build just gets stronger and stronger the higher I go.

This maybe a newb question but for awhile I used

to generate my frenzy charges, but now that I'm in merciless I have had to take them of for resist/life boots. So now I'm out of frenzy charges.

I tried blood rage but I just cant seem to counteract the health degen part of the skill, when blood rage turns on my health just drops like a rock. Are there any other ways of obtaining frenzy charges besides blood rage? I noticed a skill called poachers mark that could gain them, but the only thing I could see me swapping out for poachers is assassin's mark sense I always seem to have maximum power charges without using it anyways.

Thanks again for taking the time to make this great guide!
@dplcaf

Hey good to hear that you found the greatness of Vaal Reave! ;)

If you have a Death´s Hand for Powercharges you can switch the Curse on hit - HoI setup to Poachers mark.

It gives additional accuaracy, mana and Life on hit and flask charges on top of the charges so its a really good curse!

Blood Rage was only a Problem for me in no regen maps, had to go from pack to pack really fast there.

In the final tree there is 3,8% Life regen, blood rage deals 4% of your HP so it should not really drop down fast.

Maybe you skipped the regen nodes until now?

Thanks for the reply, I'm pretty sure now that I think about it, maybe I choose to use blood rage way to soon. I think I was in act 4 normal (cringe). Now that I noticed I actually have the 3.8% regen to counteract the degen I don't think I should have any problems running it especially with the warlords mark on top of the regen should make it easy now.

Perfect answer to my question, thanks! Probably saved me a lot of currency testing things out.

EDIT: Was finally able to fit my blood rage back into my slots and it feels so good to have those frenzy charges back, I don't even notice the degen of it now. Thanks!!!

Hey Dude!
Really loving your build! In fact it got me realy back into poe, so also thanks for that. Currently at lvl 84 and even with a bit more dmg than your screenshot (with flask und charges around ~160k) but I'm kinda stalling a little bit. Any tips for advancing?

Kinda want to get lvl 90 at least, but it seems really hard for melee.

If you have time maybe some tips one my gear?
Spoiler

Thanks alot for this awesome build, keep up the great work!

Cheers
Jim
