Petition to un-nerf revenants

fundamentally the fact that they start shooting at long range will always keep them some what relevant since the pool of specters that actually do such a thing is actually quite small

yeah "work" even without beein linked. but where is the dmg i need to clear the maps i did before?
now it takes me atleast 3x times longer. (no dmg, AI is fucking stupid, and minions die more often cause i need to play with offensive curses and the monsters live way longer)

OP mobs should not be left OP just because 1 class\playstyle benefits from them being OP. How does that not sound stupid to you?

Yes the mob was hitting hard against people especialy if they wernt useing a topaz flask or purity of lightning to help mitigate the damage. There is no doubt that they were not overtuned in certian circumstances.

My point in my post is to make an example that it was acceptable in GGG's eyes to take over a year to do something about devourers. Over a year of killing exiles until they wrote a bit of new code to change the problem. This was also implemented outside of a league, like almost all other changes in balance they make that effect peoples builds.

Something needed to be done in both cases as they were both the same in having overtuned damage mixed with their mechanics. Its the way that GGG came up with the solution to overnerf the revenants and the timeing of it two weeks into a new league, after having months of testing. Also on top of that people now treating players who were negatively effected in a way that its their own fault for for playing with revenants, that they dont realy care. It feels a bit like they are twisting the knife.
Why should those people then in turn show the courtesy that wasnt show to them?

As for telling me to Shut the fk up... why should i not return the compliment and tell you to go fk yourself back?

You shouldn't have to fucking use pol or a lighting flask to mitigate the spell damage that while\blue and under most circumstances even rares can do. Most builds cannot afford to run 1 of each elemental flask at all times. Saying that people should do this just PROVES how overtunned they really were.

Elemental resist flask should be limited to RF\spell builds to mitigate reflect or to supplement regen. Not to mitigate a specific mob type. At most they should be used against specific boss encounters that are crazy (like piety in temple or crematorium)


Just because it took them "1 year" or more to fix a past mistake doesn't mean they should be criticized harder for fixing this mistake faster, what type of flawed shit logic is that. For reference they fixed burning miscreation spectres much faster then most people realize.


Now this specific spectre isn't necessarily auto pickup and use, you have options. Do you want more protective ones, or offensive ones, are you going to not just 4 link to support them or are you going to 4 link them and not rely on them shitting on everything.

I've watched a few different videos and streams about summoners and I'm sorry I'll trust angryaa over anyone on the forums, he went into detail about them, the differences, what you can do post this nerf, ect. Instead you and other people just cry, cry saying its not fair, blah blah, dude they shouldnt clear the screen faster then any other build, that isn't what summoners were made for, not to mention I feared these mobs in maps moreso then any other mob type in the history of PoE.
