And then, without big enough samples, without any of the many data that only PoE has access to, you would have to conclude… that you cannot yet conclude anything with reasonable certainty. " Sadly not for a long time. they felt the need to change it quickly because of some negative people from reddit (at least that is what I feel, even if chris came out and said they just wanted to change it. I should find the link to reddit where the people were bragging about how they felt responsible for the change) There has been talk about someday making the ui a changeable thing, with mtx of course, but it is most likely getting put on the back burner. People dont like this kind of hard change, I remember in everquest when they changed the character models. I was one of those people who didn't like the change and I found my interest dwindle afterwords. It isn't about sex, its about decided to implement a major change without thinking through the consequences. I like the way the game used to look I do not like it now, since the xpack has come out I have still supported, but my play time has greatly decreased. I hate to feel like quitting the game, but I don't like it. I know my opinion wont have representation for some time and I feel rather swept under the rug. The people who have problems with the human body have censored everything they can since the beginning of time. I am a Muslim, I will admit that freely to you. I dont make my wife wear a head scarf, she can wear whatever she wants. Her father dosn't like it, he thinks that showing her hair and neck is wrong. let me ask you this: whats the difference between anyone who wants to censor the female body and her father, because he had mentioned to me before how he felt the games interface was inappropriate for a married Muslim man. To the people who wanted this censored, you are no better then the people who want women to walk around in a full burka. The romans glorified the human body, our modern society cant decide if we like it or hate it. Things like this really get to me. Why are people upset by it. bring me muscly ripply men on my orbs. I thought the audience for this game was mature enough to handle sexual themes. But it is a free to play game, and there are teenagers. am I worried for them? when I was 12 years old I figured out if you type in words like boobs etc into a search engine, you can get real nudity. Bring me a legitimate argument why it needed to be changed. I have read this whole thread a couple times since it was first posted. all i see are people who dont care mostly (which is fine) people who want it changed back for the wrong reasons, and people who are feeling quite superior because the managed to censor something for their own adgenda (grats history is full of people censoring others you won). can anyone bring a real counter point. but I do have a Problem with all the naked, deformed, torn apart women and male Bodys throughout the game ... no one else? and u just wanted to get the UI changed !? and whats with all the Holocaust BS in act 3 !?
