Self-found vs Solo leagues

I have zero problem with self found anymore than I have a problem with all those races and stuff. Diversity is good. I sure as hell wouldn't play it though. Main reason I left D3 was self founded implementation. Total luck bullshit and RNG builds. I can build whatever I want in 20-30 minutes here within my budget. I spend hundreds of regrets a month changing shit up cos i get bored of same build. Impossible self founded.

Having another league with a ladder call selffound with another set of ruLes about trading would diperse even more the player base and thats the only reason i can understand people to be against. Because at the end of the day if you dont want to play in the self found league, dont play in it.

I dont understand why people are aggressive about it.

I prefer to play hc temps league with passive trading And when i get back to std i trade like a mofo to get all the shiny i cant get in hc temp league.

I would become one of the higher tier supporters if they made this happen.

I haven't played for months because I am awaiting the new leagues. If there was a self found perm hc league, I would play there almost exclusively and wouldn't have months at a time where I don't game.

I would never EVER join a solo league. (I like to make friends).

Currently, I plan on not playing until the expansion AND new league starts.

Which also means, I won't be buying any micros for several months.

The argument that another league separates players.... I am not playing lol. I am separated currently. All item binding on account being the only rule would bring me back to the community. Real competition.
Perm League please/

Man. The expansion is going to come out at the beginning of summer when I rarely game anyways. My work picks up the most hours at that point in the year and the rest of the summer I'll be working out,hiking,swimming,bbq ect. I certainly wont be sitting in the frikkin house behind a keyboard. A perm league without all the cheaters would be a fun, cooperative league that we could play any time of year.

Good point. But I assume that players who would play in a self-found league are those players who don't actually enjoy the trading, marketing and stuff (as I don't). They are players who aren't active (or not as active as most players) in trading. So I don't think there would be a harm in splitting the community, since those who would be in the self-found are those who don't like the standard leagues, and sooner or latter would quit the game entirely.

I don't understand why some are aggressive too. In the age of communication, getting a serious conversation is quite difficult. =/

Don't back down Darkmantle. There is absolutely no reason not to have this league. All of the players that are against it have a power agenda, plain and simple.

No, I'm not a competitive player and the only reason to play in that league would be to compete on the ladder. I sometimes do play solo-selffound in the 3-4 month leagues just for fun.

Why do you need a league for self found or solo, if you're going to play selfound/solo then do it. you don't need a month long league for that.

Only thing I can see you'd be missing out on is a ladder which the top racers would still be at the top.
