You got no chances in all to get beta key. They produced high hype showing act 4 and all the changes now they upset alllll it's ridiculous

Yes you supported them by buying support packs, etc... but in the eyes of statistics, you aren't any more important than any other account holder. The fact you spent money doesn't necessarily make your opinion mean more than someone else's. They aren't be specifically unfair to you, they are trying to be as fair as possible to everyone. the fact you're aren't getting preferential treatment seems unfair to you, but if they did give you that, then it would be unfair to everyone else by that very same logic.

By the same token, I don't necessarily disagree with giving supporters early access, or enhanced access or something similar. I'm not a supporter, yet, and I don't see giving back to your supporters as unfair to those who haven't, but it's not a right. Demanding just makes you seems selfish and immature to a certain point. I would also point out that this is just the first phase of the beta roll out; they aren't done yet. Perhaps your contributions will be rewarded in another way later.

Exactly, hype the hell out of a beta when you know you're going to be excluding a good portion of your community who don't want to watch someone else spoil the new content for them. This was handled poorly, yes we understand it's a beta, if anyone doesn't understand that it's ggg with all their countdowns and news articles adding insult to injury and rubbing it in our faces as if they've released something, and we should be watching streams as if watching other people play the game is a release.
