Auction House idea

I googled reason why GGG don't want implement Auction House features in this game, i just found lots of the reasons are base on D3 failure of "abusing" auction house system ... well here's my idea base of other game(Cabal) system as references ...

as you can see the picture is pretty simple .. just that they using "in game money" to trade. Here's my idea, change the "money" system into orbs, by letting player to choose which orb you wanna use it to trade(make it 2? option for balanced/addition orbs). Tryto have the mailing system through the auction shop system so that players are able to negotiate the price.

OR is there another reason instead of D3 impact the AH system by GGG?

From my extensive research into the topic based on forum posts, which we all know to be legit sources of info, and podcasts, the reasons GGG don't want to employ an auction house are:

- Chris played D2 on a LAN back in the day and had fun ripping items off other players in the group, which causes 'loot tension';
- An auction house reduces loot tension because you can trade more efficiently, so you feel less excited on the very rare occasion when something you can actually use drops;
- More efficient trade will undercut the popularity of the game because GGG can't increase the difficulty of the game to compensate for more easily obtained good items because, you know, desync.

Bit tongue in cheek, but hey.

If I had to speculate wildly, and this is a forum so that must be appropriate, I'd guess GGG are also just a leeedle bit intimidated by the pace and sophistication of third-party solutions to the lack of some in-game tools and are working hard to address back-end results (i.e. cheating) which is taking time away from more important projects (fixing trade, letting people manage their own game experience and graphics).

I just realize that we already have External AH features, PoE Trade bit it's only available on global server but not at other server especially Garena =(

Anyway seems that we have "3rd Party Program" for AH call PoE Trade, why not apply in game? Isn't that more save time to open 2 apps instead of 1? Even save game crush(32bit user) too >_<

So then why do I see Garena server options when I select which league to search on Poe.trade?
Guild Leader The Amazon Basin <BASIN>
Play Nice and Show Some Class www.theamazonbasin.com
they should let players vote on whether they want an auction house or not.
Yeah, but their reasons don't ever seem to address that we already have an auction house that you can alt-tab to access.

(automatic indexing and sorting of buyable items is by far the most timesaving aspect to any trade system, potentially taking out hours of work per item; if you really contend that saving 1-2 mins and some aggravation per item is going to break the game, then I have a tinfoil hat for you, sir)

Anyhow, GGG won't do it, shrug, can always play a game with better-facilitated trading.

yeah, if poe.xyz is already around, why not let all players access a user-friendly in-game version of a similar trading system?
