Safe to do this on a duelist rather than ranger?
this passive tree should work pretty well with wild strike too right?

60% phys to elemental conversion just like molten strike

I'm trying it as Wild Strike but the damage at level 33 is dismal, I just can't seem to get anything out of it whereas molten strike is raping. Any ideas?
I am playing the SC version of the league, and you mentioned this build is for HC. What would you change to make this build riskier? Do more dmg and less survivability.

Thats why we use molten strike. Cuz it does rediculous damage with the drawback of a slight time before damage is dealt. Stick w/ molten strike. W? wild strike U likely need more ele dmg nodes instead of speed and you will leech much less hp.

I dont think so. I like molten. Wild is more weapon dependent while molten just kicks ass all the time. Minus the time delay for balls hitting the ground but if you time the attacks right it's not bad at all plus AOE w/o aoe gem!.

You can but it's a bit longer to acrobatics.

If this is a lifesteal and leech built, wouldnt it make more sense to drop the evasion, acrobatis etc for just more armor and resistances? Because if you are losing HP slowly and steadily its easier and more consistant to heal up, whereas one might struggle when you are not dodging and getting a big hit. Also, there is little need to leech up, when you are trying to avoid damage in general.

Am i understanding that wrong?
Consequently, would a full armor build also work well? Maybe with iron reflexes.
Also, i know that the shotgunning mechanic was removed, but when multiple orbs hit the enemy, do they still alld eal dmg, or can they only be damaged by one orb at a time?

I hope this doesnt sound like any form of criticism, but rather as the curiosity it is. I really enjoy your build guide and hope you keep up the good work!
Thanks in advance :)

One orb hit multiple target, each target only once.

One orb hit multiple target, each target only once.

This is not the Case. Mark from GGG confirmed that Molten shell AOE is not impacted by this change and since the AOE's can overlap and the AOE are not projectiles, multiple balls can hit the same target. I have his exact quote buried somewhere in this post.

You can if you want, but I've found most people actually die from spells and not attacks which is the main reason I chose acrobatics. We will be dodging most attacks as well and we have enough hp to take the full physical hits. You can do what you want, but in the HC ALL mods league, this build survived while party members around me perished.

You can, but you will likely die from spell damage like most people do. Acrobatics is just so huge I anyone who is a ranger just needs to take that node. 30% dodge and spell dodge. Utterly ridiculous.

Get rid of a few life nodes and spec into the ele dmg nodes by shadow. Thats basically it for leveling. ANd you can spec into the crit area earlier too. I would use abysses helm w/ lightning coil chest if I was softcore.

How do you make use of enduring cry now? just spam it yourself?

I was also questioning if I wanted acrobatics honestly. Always strong, and not directly nerfed like ondars guile. which I will not be getting..
But, with the new riposte(on block, uses dw), vengeance(on hit taken), reckoning(on shield block)... A reason to not take them.

Mathematically speaking, I suppose the 40% chance to dodge attacks, and 30% dodge spells, is worth more then the 30% less block.

Particularly if the trigger is not actually even tied with anything. like, you have, in your gear in the OP vengeance with vaal haste and an empty green socket.

Yes we cast it ourself, but only on bosses. IF you know you won't be facing any 1 hitter quitters, you can swap that out w/ a different warcry.

We can get most endurance charges by:
Whirling Blades + Stun + Endurance Charge on Melee Stun + Fortify
