" You need all 3 suffix's to do it, so I guess its comparable to alt + auging for a good suffix. The divine is probably equiv to 150-175 alts? (plus probably a tip for L8 master service most likely unless youve got lvl 8) So maybe its worth doing on a +1 staff and about break even on +2 fire? You do get the benefit of being able to throw on mana or something as a prefix too. |

" You could craft Paragon's alone, skip the aug, and regal Lava Caller. That way you can then get Elreon's multimod and craft the remaining affixes for a badass staff. But that is going to cost a lot, as you will be rerolling Paragon's if they end up with a non-desirable suffix (or even any suffix). In my experience, of the 32 Paragon's I regaled I got a desirable suffix only once (high roll mana regen, T1 for the ilvl), maybe 10 times something OKish (like high Int or Dex or a resist, or mid roll good affixes), and a handful of Paragon's alone (4-5). All the others were life gained on kill, stun duration or shit like that My advice is to regal any Paragon's you get despite the suffix and if you get no suffix go for the jackpot and regal straight away. I found info on each mod probabilities but absolutely nothing on the chances to roll 1 or many prefix or suffix when you regal/alch/chaos/exalt/transmute/alt and if it depends of the number of previous prefix vs suffix. I was just wondering about suffix mod "Increased Critical Strike Chance for Spell", has it directly influence to SRS? I've got this suffix in my staff and I have no idea it's increase my damage. |

" SRS & Spell Damage, Fire Damage, Crit Chance/Multi, etc SRS is a minion, that means it behaves as its own entity with its own stat sheet. The only stats it gets from you are minion damage and skill duration stats. The only other way to improve its stats is to link support gems to it. It is classified as a spell, but it doesn't do any spell damage, and it itself uses a melee attack. It doesn't use any spells. This means that %fire damage, and %spell damage from gear or tree (not including support gems) will not affect the damage SRS do. %Fire damage directly linked to SRS (eg from quality on added fire gem) will increase the damage SRS does. I don't know whether the 10% spell damage from quality on spell echo will increase damage on SRS, but my intuition is not since SRS use melee attacks and not spells. (Melee) physical damage from tree, or %increased damage on items (eg Le Heup of All) will also not work with SRS. This stuff increases the stats of your character, but not the stats of your RS minions. However, once these affixes are on support gems (melee physical damage or culling strike) linked to your RS, they do have an effect. (Spell) crit chance and (spell) crit multi work the same way. If it is on for example on an amu or on tree it won't affect SRS. However you could link inc crit or crit multi gems to SRS, and they should work. ----Taken from OP under FAQ---- |

" Thanks. If you wanted to test this I would suggest getting a friend to help you, use a L1 SRS, and hit your friend ~20 times and count the number of ignites. With 300% global/spell crit (not from inc crit chance gem linked to SRS) you would expect to see around 4 ignites, whereas without any crit you should see 1 ignite. If how we understand SRS to work is correct, you'll only see 1 ignite regardless of crit on your gear. All my builds /view-thread/1430399

Hey aren't wiki and your dps calc wrong on mana values for SRS?
Maybe it was changed in 1.2 but i've checked today my SRS at level 20+3 only cost 16. Unless there's some weird bug. |
