Hmmmm, still testing with ice spear.... got it on lvl 16 but nothing happens... no chill, no charges... nothing.... could lastest update have altered the behaviour?

" Do you have it linked with power charge on crit? That's what makes the charges happen. Also if your crit rate is low it might take a few bolts for it to work. It's still working as of 1.0.8c |

it's linked, lvl 69 currently... I tried quite a bit on mud flats in normal difficulty... no power charges at all. Could it be related to latest game updated?

" Not sure what you're doing wrong, I get charges fine. You must have little to no crit chance or something wrong with your link setup. People who asked about low dps , the main reason lvl of your spark gem + other gems wich is linked on chest, even u did not taked on end game crit nodes from skill tree.
Also to improve dps u need good wand with crid mult.cant use amuletfor crits (eye of chayula and dream fragment) ign:softcore Benefaktor

Just wondering, what's you guys tooltip DPS at ? Mine's only at 680 :( . 20/20 Spark already
