Dominion's Hardcore Dual-Spark CI Witch - UPDATED for 1.0.1

I really like this build, i'm actually at act3 merciless (lv68) and it's going great. I went for the exact build strangely (just added a resist and zealot's oath nodes), that show how well it work :D I hope i'll soon make some maps. My es is a bit shitty at around 3.5k because i never really put any energy shield items in my stack before (and my 5L is on a staff so i loose the sheild).

I don't have any of the uniques, but i use both a 50+% stun reducing on a granite and quicksilver as well as dispel frozen flasks, will it cut it in case of lock? or should i really invest in those uniques? i'm kind of short in currency and tbh honest those uniques are pretty shitty and i kind of need the stat from those gear.

u can may get by w/o the aemu
but the ring for cannot be frozen is rly must have if u wanna walk freely.

You say to use bear trap in the beginning but it requires 16 dexterity when you only get 14 and your passives don't show getting dexterity anywhere so how should I get the 2 more dex I need?

take the dex nodes in the path they are 2, you'll also need the str nodes to lv spell totem since it's a str gem.

How do you get the 151 Dex when you have like no Dex on gear or passives?
Personally I'm having to use a really really bad double Dex Jade and it's actually dragging me down alot.

Edit: Without a full respec or just re-rolling I can't copy your build, would this be close enough? At level 66.

which 3 nodes would be better to take?

3 times 5% increase elemental damage = 15% increase elemental damage

or

3 times 3% cast speed = 9% cast speed


which would buff dps more?

I haven't played for like 2 months now I kinda wanna get back to PoE again and I was browsing some builds and this is what I decided to start with. I had an LA ranger back then early OB, I was top ~200 at some point in HC ladder but then I died to DC, but oh well, that really hurt me and it was the main reason why I left the game for a while.

Now, is there anything I should know about this build and gearing or anything related to the build itself that you guys discussed over 40+ pages and that is not updated in the OP?

If you want to lvl fast and enjoy the core build end game at maps and so on , dont lvl as freezing pulse , start as EK or get a quill rain bow /silverbranch u will lvl alot faster than normal way, u can get lvl 60 in 1 day.
