You should probably mention somewhere that if you are using Assassin's Mark you don't need Power Charge on Crit. This opens up a gem slot for something like Life Leech (or just Crit Damage).

trying to find good CI gear, but at the moment I am still not CI cause the lack of it. I am 64 and need a good weapon to boost my BL.
do you prefer ele damage or spelldamage on gear?

Dunno, I'll keep PCoC for now, will experiment with it later. The chance for a power charge on the curse is not that high.

I mean at higher levels. It's 30% at lv20 + 10% from quality is pretty good.

So I made a BL witch ! Great survivability. Damage could be better, but it's fine for solo. Knockback is funny and takes care of even the toughest bosses/exiles. Even survived a massive desyncing rare strongbox.

Stats so far :
lvl 86
3600 life
4000+ mana, 2k to spend
40% block, 60% spell block
290 mana/sec
MoM from cloak
high level AA
tooltip reads 3200 dps with lvl 17 gem

Still experimenting with links, <3 new curse on hit. Any tips are welcome. I'm pretty broke right now tho.

It grants a crit on death, which is a problem with bosses. PCoC allows you to build charges on solo targets. Assassins mark does allow you to almost immediately get to 7 power charges though, and if you have PCoC you should be able to maintain those charges until you run out of enemies

I have to say its impossible to find chest pieces for this right now

Theres 8 all blue 5Ls on poe.xyz right now, and 3-4 are white/blies with low levels, and 2 are corrupted

Can you give a detailed list of gem lvl's for you #1 CI BL Spec. I'm still new to the game and don't want to over lvl a gem and it require to much strength for example.

Luckily i got a tabula rasa! I'm a glass cannon though, but i'm in the process of trying to find energy shield gloves, though i have tri resist ones right now. Unfortunately they are dex/int so its really hard to get the one red on it
