Speedy Puncture + Pierce Split Arrow / Reflect Safe or Glass Cannon / Level 100 & Uber Atziri Farmer

Hey exiles! I started using this build yesterday with my 75 Ranger. What are your thoughts on the new heralds over hatred? gems being (Reduced Mana + Herald of Ice + Herald of Ash + Haste/Grace?)

These are my items for reference. (leveling gems so please disregard the low levels :P)


My variation of the tree (had to spend 3 extra points to take mindrinker :P will probably regret these points out once i get mana leech on rings/ammy)


Any suggestions/improvements to my tree/gear are welcomed and encouraged.

Ill going to take the 12% less mana reserved nodes and hope i can run hatred, hoa and grace. Insane and worth the 6 points more then all other possible ones i think. Currently level
level 82 in rampage.


Mean the charisma ones. Anyone know if its enought/possible to run the 3 auras with reduced mana in combination with charisma skilltree nodes?


Still need 4 lvl to see if its possible and it takes his time.... now

I'm running those 3 auras with a lvl 19 reduced mana and the Charisma cluster which leaves me at 48/606 mana. spamming skills is no problem with 2% mana leech as long as you hit stuff :)

Your bow only has 5% crit chance, which is holding back a lot of damage. Try and get a harbinger bow with higher base crit chance (ideally 8%+)

Yeah, they are a bit out of my price range :( i'll be on the lookout for some though.

I crafted this - bought a 5 link blue Decimation (Harbingers out of my price range) and used the phys% recipe on it (trade with a whetstone and a rustic sash - pref rare).
Then use an aug. First attempt, got 13%attack speed. Not bad, but the regal gave me 2-4 cold damage... So I tried again. 10% speed, then the regal gave me the hybrid accuracy/phys damage roll. So I then bench crafted flat physical.



Not bad, though a crit roll would have been much better. I had to use a blessed to as I had a 31% implicit crit. First one gave me the perfect 50% though.
All in all it cost me about 8 chaos. It's actually much better than the one I bought cheap for 3 chaos

But the 5 link really opens up options.

Keep an eye on Poe.xyz for solid deals. I nabbed...



...for I believe 5c. It's not spectacular by any means, especially that phys roll, but the effectively 9% crit roll is very nice. Just filter for harb (and now decimation) bows with 8.5%~ crit and around 175+ pdps (the one I linked is about 193pdps). I've run effectively up to level 72 maps with it thus far.

Edit: Also worth looking for harbs with decent stats but a low implicit. Often people will price those lower. All you need do is buy it and throw a Blessed onto it.

Bought for 3 chaos and I crafted the flat phys roll on it... although it might have been better to craft the crit chance roll instead.

Anyone else love linking culling strike + increased crit damage + IIR with Puncture? I find that it's very good when you're mapping underleveled with a party. It's funny how I was lv60 mapping with lv70 people and I was the one carrying the team during the map boss fight, even though I was quite underwhelming against the mobs. I'm knocking back enemies all the time with GMP tornado shot which helped a lot, but of course I wasn't dealing nearly as much damage as lv 70 people.
