Speedy Puncture + Pierce Split Arrow / Reflect Safe or Glass Cannon / Level 100 & Uber Atziri Farmer

Hey just started this build working out well at 54 now got a question.

What masters are people using i assume the bow one is obviously the best but what others are ppl using?

Cheers!
I've really enjoyed the build so far, first bow build and first pure evasion one. Am liking the move speed and actually using it as the first line of defence, it's quite an active playstyle.
Was an even smoother levelling experience than running Arc in the one month (Though finding an exalted helped - 6 man group, there was some jealousy!).
I'm using a slight variation and running Chain over pierce - if I ever get a drillneck I'll change and respec. Might need to grab that charisma node though.
Herald of Ash is really good, been running it over hatred (unless in an easy zone, when I run both and no Grace) - though I do miss the freezes.
Hitting a slight hurdle at the moment in A3M - as do many characters. Could do with a better bow, and I still haven't maxed my resistances, despite crafting a few mods on with the masters.

Using this currently

Did great up till now - got it for a chaos which I was quite happy with!

Will use this once I whetstone and sort out the links, should keep me going until I can equip a Harbinger (If I can get a decent one)

Probably need some better gear elsewhere too - I've been wearing this all game, actually really good early on, but won't really cut it in maps!

One thing - mentioned it earlier, but didn't really get a response - is dropping power charge on crit an option if you are running assassin's mark?

Current gear in rampage. Was lucky enough to 5 link the armor in 4 fuses... when last league I didn't even get it after spending over 100. I found it rare and 6 socketed, so I chaosed it a few times; still pretty bad, but usable.
Also wondering if the Revelry notable is worth going for - +2 mana per hit could really help with the sustain of chain split arrow, I presume as it is on hit, the leach is instant? The whole cluster would be + 20 on kill, +2 on hit.
Obviously doesn't help with missed hits, whereas a larger unreserved pool by going into Charisma might, as well as a slight boost to the aura itself.

Might try it - that's what regrets are for!

I'd be more interested in your stats without flask or vaal haste active.
Got no love when starting this as its own topic, so I'll post it here:
I've been playing this build on one of my rangers and I've been experimenting with various primary attacks besides split arrow. One of the beauties of this tree (or I suppose any crit bow tree) is that our primary attacks as bow users are based entirely or partially off of phys - split, RoA, burning arrow, TS, lightning arrow, ice shot - making it highly versatile.

Of those, TS and ice shot are my favorites at the moment. I have a high-level ranger with a reset that I'm looking to repurpose, and I'm considering a variation of this tree to make the most of ice shot. So here's my question: what are the most efficient modifications to fully leverage ice shot here? The elemental % and cold % passives that branch off of the Shadow "Trickery" notable seem to be the most obvious choices. But if I sacrifice phys nodes to get these, would that be worth it since ice shot is a 40/60 split on cold/phys and gains increased physical % with levels?

There's the WED cluster near the Lethality and Quickstep clusters between Duelist and Ranger, but those won't affect ice shot, correct (since the elemental originates from the attack and its conversion rather than an ele mod on the weapon)? These look like only practical options that I can see, and they'd require sacrificing phys nodes (or crit nodes) to pull off, and I just can't tell if that would be worth it.

Edit: Also a question regarding CWDT. You're running a level 12 CWDT triggering on 1500 damage. That sounds a bit steep, but is it meant to be an "oh shit" CWDT rather than a general damage mitigation CWDT? I'm currently running maps no higher than about 72~ still. Would a lower-level CWDT be more appropriate?

Yes it is, if you feel like it. However, it's not really an option because with PCoC you will have those always up. With Assassin's Mark you will have to constantly curse the mobs. Right now I don't use it but when I'll get a nice Harbinger I'm going to switch from PPAD to PCoC so I will have those charges up most of the time.

I did some 70 Maps with split arrow chain and i didn't notice any difference in clear speed, probably just because my bow is too good :P

Split arrow is more convenient though, because you don't need to aim that well compared to tornado shot. On the other hand it doesn't shotgun while with my tornado shot setup i didn't really have to use puncture on rares. gmp+lmp is still probably bad compared to other setups, but i like it :D

Back to my original question though:
How much life would you consider to be required to do Atziri on a Bow user? Are 75% resistances enough?

I really wish OP could answer this too. How much life, DPS and resist we need to kill Atziri.

4.5k life and a 15k split should be a comfortable amount to do her.

I say 4.5k life because Atziri's small flameblasts and storm calls will not one shot you with that much
