Hi All,
I don't have a huge amount of disposable currency unless you count scrolls of wisdom and 2 GCPs but I would like to upgrade my stuff and I was wondering where would be the best place to start. I'm running victor's elemental cleave build ign: eksnerdion

I'd say your top priorities are:
1) Jewelry with elemental damage 2) A sword that's (a lot) faster than 1.3 speed. Even if the elemental damage is worse, you'll do more damage with a faster sword. |

" You missed one, theres 5 :P Just leveling. My HP is so low as it is , losing another 300ish hp is not a good idea I don think with my already low armor value. I need better gear and my rng sucks bawls...Thanks for the suggestion though :) |

I have a few more questions :) 1) Cleave DPS It was mentioned afew times in this thread that cleave DPS shown ingame is not corrected. Why is that? Is the real DPS higher or lower? I'd like to roughly estimate real DPS without using Excel :) 2) Elemental dmg mechanics Catalyst (and similar nodes) damage bonus is additive and concentrated effect is multiplicative, right? The former is applied first? 3) Amplify - does the damage boost apply to cleave? 4) Life gain on hit vs Life Leech for mid-game I'm at around level 40 (LL = 2%, LGoH = 22*0.7 = ~15) with about 1k reported DPS using fast weapons - 1.6 attack speed. It seems that at this point LGoH is still slightly superior to LL and it's effect is applied instantly. " 1) I dont know who said or when its been mentioned but he/she is wrong, the only dps the in-game tooltip does not take into consideration is Shocking blows and curses. 2)Yes, the elemental damage from passives is applied to the elemental damage from gear then it is mutliplied by concentrated effect (multiplied by 1.69 with a level 20 gem) 3)Yes it does, so does blast radius. 4)Depends on your dps, if youre doing bad dps, use life on hit, if youre dps is getting good use life leech I carve and sell real animal skulls, check out my work here: https://www.instagram.com/victorseiche/

What I did as I was leveling was every time I got a major DPS upgrade I just swapped in life leech and felt whether I was more survivable or not, then swapped back if not. I think I was at about 2k dps (and 3% on the LL gem) when I made the switch permanently. Obviously this also depends on your attack speed a bit (higher attack speed favors LoH).
I still swap in the LoH gem on elemental reflect maps, by the way, so it is good to keep it leveling on your weapon swap. |

Why is your "How it will be later" build a bit different than the Walkthrough's Complete build ?
Also, would you consider Buff Effect and Inner Force ? They stack great with Iron Reflexes and Auras. |

" This was discussed at length a couple pages ago. The moral of the story is basically that inner force is awesome when your gear level is low, and meh when your gear level is high. Unless you're doing an eldritch battery variant, in which case it is always awesome. |

hi guys long time viewer, first time poster. Currently following this guide at lvl 70 but i seem to be very weak. sometimes if i get swarmed unluckily at docks i will die. this is my gear atm. feel free to critic or advise on upgrading
