The REAL Beta Numbers Thread

Glad to see (most) people appreciate this :p

I've done some digging, but I couldn't find any good evidence of when the timer interval changed after the 8th.

Based on what I could find about publicity keys and give-aways, there are probably 1,000+ more possible accounts than I originally reported. I won't add that to the estimate, because I don't have solid sources for the info.

More possible beta accounts means better chances of everyone else being selected by the timer!

so basicly posting on the forums gives you a higher chance of getting a beta invite?

Yes, having at least one post gives you 10x the chance of someone who doesn't post. Having more posts doesn't make a difference, though.
