Regnar/Ceto's Ranger Dual Wield Sword Build - Full Guide/Compendium by Ler -Videos included[0.10.2]
" i understand that and its true but the problem is to keep up the chance to hit pretty hight, you need to invest a lot in + accuracy gear and also in + accuracy rating in passive.getting RT mean you can skip all the accuracy passive and go for pure atk speed/phy dmg nods or +hp if you need it.you can also skip all accuracy on gear and get those mods for better stats(some good gear with the exact stats you want are hard enought to get so if you absolutly need accuracy in most of your gear, you might not be able to get some insane one just because of that).also keep in mind that when you will reach the end-game and hight lvl monster will be out,if your accuracy isnt near 100%,you will lose a lot of dps because of that and your critic still wont be hight if you dont invest in that. overall i think for now, it worth to lose the critic chance if you didnt invest in any critic passive and to not have to worry about chance to hit anymore and wasting point going for accuracy nods is a big advantage.critic is a really good way to reach insane dammage but i think you need to sacrifice a lot of thing to be able to do that and sword isnt the best weapon to do it since the global crit multi is low and base crit chance is also low.its probably better to go raw dmg with insane attack speed and that what im trying right now. i might be wrong but that how i see it for now p.s:between for your flask, you can go for recovery speed on them instead of recovery on crit.that what im using and my granite are also up all the time.together with the 100% from warlord mark, its really really efffective, probably more then your *on crit* since its not based on rng lol. " really nice chest.you should use 1 more exatle on it.i think the eva+stun is the hybride mod so you currently have 3 prefixe and 2 suffixe so you could roll another resist if your lucky.im not 100% sure but if you try to vendor it,if it give a orb of augmentation it mean you have 6 mods and i was wrong but if it dont, you have 1 suffixe left. |

I posted way earlier in this thread, but I'm proud to present my own version of the Dual-wield Ranger.
Build at lvl 79 Gear:
Spoiler
Facts: - 4.5k HP (360HP reserved for auras, effective 4.1K HP) - 9.6k DPS on Dual Strike with .27 AS - 6.6k DPS on Cleave with .26 AS - 5.5k DPS on Flicker Strike - 80 capped ele resistances - 6.6k armor (with Grace) Misc skills: - Enfeeble (I think this curse is far more important than Warlord's Mark in endgame maps due the crazy amount of damage you can receive) - Warlord's Mark (a different curse for easier/lowdamage mobs) - Bear Trap (for really dangerous bosses, I like to cheese them by using BT to kite them) - Decoy Totem (on weapon swap) - Viper Strike (for bosses/mobs that take forever to kill) I plan on taking as much HP nodes as possible. Endgame maps are no joke, and 4K HP is nowhere near enough to take on the damage dealt in maps, even on the low level maps. 5K or more is recommended, and if you don't have Kaom's Heart Plate, you're probably going to have to sink a lot of your passives into life nodes. I plan on finishing the life cluster underneath the Might notable, take Gallantry cluster, then the next triple 8% life cluster near the WED cluster. After that, I'll move up the Duelist tree through Water Dancing and fill it out from there, touching on the life nodes as well. Heya guys, how early in this build or one similar should we actualy be picking the blood magic talent? im lvl 44 and fear if i take it ill die without the life gain/leach to support it yet mana is an issue. should i be trying to get ideal stats on gear now or just make do with what drops untill Merc?
Any help apreciated. thanks. | |
" You should take Blood Magic when you're comfortable, but taking it around the lvl 40s is common. If you feel that you won't be able to support your attacks with BM, I suggest taking Blood Drinker (2% physical damage life leech) notable and the neighboring two 12% life nodes before taking BM. You should also have Golem's Blood before getting BM. I remember taking BM before entering deep into the Marauder tree, so by lvl 50 or so you should have BM.
