Less than 1 hour downtime plus very nice incident report with already planned actions to avoid further troubles like this one and you are feeling guilty? You should be proud of the service you are providing! I am in the IT support for 8 years, mainly supporting several companies from Fortune 500 on very high technical level and that's beating all the SLAs that cost billions annually....
