Hardcore League: Templar GOD Build

This build is pretty good, but struggles REALLY hard at the beginning of merciless. I think its mostly due to not having any chaos resist, but also because the gear this build can use is extremely limited.

Strength gear w/ red sockets is pretty much the only thing you can use. Fork/Chain/Multiple Projectiles is pretty much offlimits unless you can somehow get lots of DEX on your gear or tons of +all attributes.

Essentially the problem is you need VERY VERY specific STR based gear, with tons of red linked sockets, lots of resists, and +INT/DEX/ALL ATTRIBUTES.

BUT, if you can get that stuff you are literally godlike.

Can't the same be said for any end game build?

Yes but I have had tons of characters in merciless now and this one by far pigeonholes you into having very specific gear. It is a weakness, every build has a few, its important for people to realize how gear dependent something is.
how do u manage to get enough dex to reach the requirement of those green gems (LMP/Fork/Chain,etc) late game to support your lightning strike ?
win or lose, up the blues.IGN=Uncommon_Valor/Dianatheprince

This is really what my post is about. Very difficult to get the INT/DEX required for stuff your pretty much pigeon holed into STR stuff.
there are items that add int and dex,
and dont level up lmp, or fork too much.
level them just about to add 10% inc damage or so.
Just downloaded the game last night, been following this build and having a good time so far.

One thing I want to ask is why did you avoid the endurance charge near body and soul, talking to people in game (i know, its a small sample) they made it seem like for characters constantly meleeing that endurance charges are nice.

Also, what do you recommend for the bandit quest rewards on the various difficulties?

Oak (40 hp), Oak (12% physical damage), Oak (Endurance charge)?

Oak, all, all?

just sayin, 10% inc damage on LMP is almost pointless...

im currently sittin at lv65 with 3600 hp 3800 armour 80% all elemental rez, with wrath and anger buff, i have 5200dps on my heavy strike and 2900 on my lighting strike, which seem ok to me, but the thing is i have to wear 2 very very crappy amulet and ring to purposely add those extra dex,so i can be able to equip my lv15 LMP atm which requires 93 dex, without those two crappy jeweleries i have only like 24 dex : /

How well would this build work without Resolute Technique?
I'd like to be able to crit and use the 2 extra passive points to take the extra endurance charges.

Any insight?
For which stats should I aim for in Low Level? Which auras are good? Which stats for gear in Low Level?
