Emergency Downtime - FIXED

I am very proud of this community. None of these threads were negative and were all supportive. I admit, I personally guessed about 35k on launch...... 70k is freaking amazing.

Anyway I applaud the community. Nobody's been bitching, they've all been supportive comments. I'm sure we will be back up and running again soon. But wow 70k on day 4....... Imagine what happens in a week when word spreads.


Once again, applaud all of you for being understanding and supportive rather than bitch and moan :) Says a lot about the relationship between the Dev's and their community

One of the most amazing things is that the game is up and running in it's beta phase even with tonns of traffic. I know people are expecting those kind of problems even though they never appeared till now. Keep up the good work.

GGG STAFF: WHAT our servers crashed! How did this happen....

Server guys: well... I'm sorry to inform you that your player base has doubled since OB launch and well... to many people wanted to play the game and crashed the servers.

GGG STAFF: Oh well... thats fucking awesome! Our game kicks ass, I guess it's ok thats why it crashed... Make sure to increase our cap to 200k players so this won't happen again!

Server guys: Yes sir!.

Server guys: awww shit... servers gonna crash again were at the 200k cap what do we dooooo!!!!.

Well I installed this to play over the weekend spent friday / saturday doing other things and reading about the game before playing it, was going to play it now FML haha.
Looks like a great game and seems like its everything I wanted Diablo 3 to be and more!

:P im hoping on fix so i will happy to wait aslong as it needs if it just get fixed.

been a problem for 2 days now and i can say every singel good item, i lost

so fair i found but lost because of the server crashing:
lvl 8 unique ring
lvl 12 unique glovers
2 gcp
5 chaos
2 alchemy


soo yeah fix it please, losing my will to play when i keep losing those nice stuffs i finding :/

Good communication.
Good, mostly mature community.
Lots of goodwill and understanding.
Take your time to fix it and get some more servers. I bet the player base will only increase.
