Mana problems
A good way to solve your mana problems is gear with % Increased Mana Regeneration / + to maximum Mana.
Your base mana regeneration, which is buffed by %increased Mana Regneration nodes and equipment depends on your maximum Mana and your Clarity manareg. If you can not afford to permacast for atleast 7.5 seconds (without flasking), you should definitely try to upgrade your gear.
If you can't afford gear upgrades, you can spec into some % increased mana reg / % increased base mana nodes.
Another way to fix mana problems is to drop the "Faster Casting" gem. I did not used the faster casting gem (which gave me +1 Marker) until i was about lvl 75 and linked my StormCall with LifeLeech - Concentrated Effect - Added Lightning Damage instead (add a Lightning Penetration if you already own a 5L or a 4L Rims Gaze).

Perandus Signet
I bought Perandus Signet some days ago
and look forward to use it. Unfortunately i need the resistance and castspeed on my current ring at the moment
, which means, that i will have to wait for some more levels on my q20 faster casting gem and a decent gear arrangement.
In my opinion the ring is a nice addition to your mana/es but not a must have. If you already have an Eye of Chayula and a Dream Fragments + Rainbow Strides (maybe even an Auxium) you should definitely think about grabbing it. The price of 6-10 Chaos should not be a problem if you managed to get more then 3 usable uniques ;-)

well i already test it with mana leech and i would not have any kind of problem i think, ibut the issue here is i think the dps is low 1359 dps storm call at lvl 16. Dunno what to think xD

Even if i contacted you ingame - i felt, that it is needed to clarify.
The tooltip dps shows your Average Damage per Stormcall marker. This means your (noncursed/nonshocked) dps is Tooltip Damage * Casts per Second. Be aware that cursing and shock stacking increases your dps highly. The tooltip dps may look way more frustrating, than your actual gaming experience and damage.

Very interesting, what do you think about skipping the templar nodes and grabbing the crit and power charge nodes (especially shadow area).

Trying to get a feel for the build as well, what does the totem help with? Does it make a dent on the mobs?

I do not see the necessity of crit and power charge with this build, so i would recommend to not do it. In my opinion you have to go "full berserk crit" if you want to play a reliable crit build, which is not achievable and needed playing with my posted build.
The totem is definitely a big help in shock stacking and even more in pulling mobs. Arcing a whole room of monsters to your totem - placed at the entrance - where all the mobs, trying to hit your totem, get hit by stormcall is an efficient clearing technique.
The pure damage (about 1k without any shockstacks/curse) is a nice addition to your own damage output and helps clearing lowhp mobs, that run like crazy, but in the end the main damage comes from your Stormcall spell.

To give you an additional update on my current playstyle:
I managed to solo a lvl 76 Rare Map some days ago (including the boss, that took a bit to die ;-) ). In general i am really comfortable with the build and do not see any big improvements above lvl 85 by Leveling anymore (Would need at least 5-6 Skillpoints to reach some good nodes). By adding nearly permanently 3 shock stacks (+90% dmg for the whole party), 3 Auras and a good dps/tankability i have no problem finding good parties to play with.
By lvling my gems to 20 and trading them for quality gems i managed to increase my Castspeed even more and will reach another Stormcall Marker (~4k DPS and additional chance to shock) soon. Quality on "Faster Casting" is definitely worth it :)
With my reduced duration/faster casting Lightningwarp i am able to navigate safely to dangerous territory and quickly through maps.
While you may notice, that you deal high damage mostly by standing and casting i switched my playstyle in dangerous areas (30+ mobs around me in highlvl maps) by casting a set of stormcall - lightning warp - cast on while it warps - Warp+DMG hits --> Repeat.
In lower lvl areas (Piety/Dominus) i use Lightningwarp as a way to highly improve my clearspeed (set marks -Warp (deals about 2kdmg) -set marks etc.). With a bit of practice you can rushclear most of the mobs, while getting to the boss fast and safe.

Protip:
While you may have noticed, that proximity shield is a pain in the ass for ranged casters, you may not have noticed how great stormcall is, when you deal with these mobs. Just cast some markers from your position on the shielded mob, lightningwarp next to him and wait some milliseconds for the damage to hit in. By this way you can prepare your damage before going melee and exposing yourself to detonate dead/lightning trap.

Hi, thanks for the build.

Are the three nodes "Increased Energy Shield cooldown recovery" useful while using life leech with Ghost Reaver?
Videos pls of no CC SC build ?. TIA.

After some hours of trying and getting sick of crapcoded videosoftware i bought Fraps today.

Here is a short Dominus Kill with Desync at the end of phase!

I will add a ~70 maprun soon, so you can get a better view on the gameplay, before you start this build.
I made a big update to the first post (Do not worry, the skillbuild stays the same, just explained in more detail).

Furthermore here is the long awaited Video of a 71 Rare Map:

I deactivated items and increased the clearingspeed at minute 2:30 if you want action from the beginning. I hope this gives you a better possibility of the actual gameplay.

The main problem about CI is, that status effects (Stun/Freeze) do not think your 1HP left = 100% HP, but instead take your "What it would be without CI skilled" HP as 100%. By having just 1HP you will get permastunned/freezed, which means you need an Eye of Chayula.
Forgive if this is a stupid question, but does this mean Pain Attunement would work for CI by the same token?

Sadly it does not, even if it would feel logical :-/
Hey, I am currently at 904 maximum mana, and I can't cast 3 auras without being left with nothing. Because of this, I have only 50% lightning resistance (but everything else is capped). I get about 260 mana leftover with Clarity+Discipline, and my mana replenishes fast enough in order to easily permacast (with 4L stormcall). With 5L stormcall, I can cast for about 5-10 seconds straight, but I have to back off every now and then in order to let it replenish.

How did you manage to get enough mana left in order to permacast?

EDIT: I am currently level 70 with 5900 ES. I really like this build so far.

Hey sarchi,

good to hear, that you like the build so far. Looking at your skilltree you will need another 3 levels/skillpoints to reach +10 int / +8% Aura Effect / +5% less mana reserved (allocated right next to the %ES circle). By using this points you should get more Int (=Mana + slight manareg) / Clarityeffect (=huge manareg) / less mana reserved (enough mana to run 3 auras).

Be aware that running purity of elements is not necessary, if you can reach good resistances without it. If you want to have more damage before you go 3 Auras i would recommend to skill "Static Blows" first.
