How important is +% increased mana regen for this build? I had the opportunity to buy a 56% mana regen spirit shield, but I ended up buying this instead:



Otherwise, I should still be able to match your mana regen (probably get a little bit more than it because I plan to use Perandus Signet with 60+% mana regeneration).

hm i bought dream fragments with perfect roll for 2 exalts and eye of chayula with +16 for 10 chaos, i may have been locky but try looking A LOT in forum shops etc:P!

Don't ever use forum shops. Everyone uses a website that scans the forum threads in order to quickly find the items they need for the least price possible.

Also, don't be afraid to lowball people when they ask for offers. As long as you use common sense (Don't offer 3 chaos orbs for a Dream Fragments.) you should generally be successful; you just need a ballpark knowledge of prices. From my experience, some people act like major assholes by either ignoring you or flipping the fuck out, but fuck them anyway. I bought my Vaal Regalia (644 es, dual res, no 5L) for only 5 chaos. The same breastplate is on sale from another person (not even a 5L version) for 3.5 exalts. Others will try to sell the same breastplate or even one with inferior stats for 1+ exalt.

In short, beware people who would rip you off or otherwise charge you way more than you have to/should have to pay. If someone says "Lowballers=ignore," just skip their thread because they don't deserve customers anyway. I've seen people intentionally target lower-leveled players by selling junk at exorbitant prices.

I hope you didn't spend a lot on that belt. I've seen better stats (30% all res, 30ish ES) on sale in Domination for 1-2 chaos only.

Also, I am kind of curious why no one has tried Perandus Signet in this thread. You get +3% intelligence per unique. If you had 4 uniques (Dream Fragments, Perandus Signet, Rainbowstride, and Eye of Chayula), that's a +12% to intelligence. If you have 400 intelligence, that would be 48 more intelligence. Since you get +1% maximum energy shield per 5 intelligence, that's like adding 9.6% to maximum energy shield. That seems pretty damn useful to me. You even get 60% or more mana regeneration if you buy a ring with good rolls. If you have enough resistances, I don't see any reason why someone should NOT use this ring.

EDIT: I am starting to think that it would be better for people to get +8% elemental resistances from Normal as a bandit award rather than the 1 skill point. If you are limited by gear choice due to Rime Gaze and don't necessarily have a lot of currency, it might be easier to do this.

Very interesting, what do you think about skipping the templar nodes and grabbing the crit and power charge nodes (especially shadow area).


Trying to get a feel for the build as well, what does the totem help with? Does it make a dent on the mobs?

Hey guys,i just hit lvl 65 today with this build. At the moment i died because i was just trolling or didn't even realise about reflect damage. Wanted to post my gear so u could give me some tips.

hy, i use mana leech for mana problem.

hm i see :) so its cutting of that added lightning gem for some mana leech, will have ro give it a try since i cant cast 2 row of storm calls, my damage will decrease a lot but well. what else to do hehe :)

EDIT: well i already test it with mana leech and i would not have any kind of problem i think, ibut the issue here is i think the dps is low 1359 dps storm call at lvl 16. Dunno what to think xD
