Because a Lightning Arrow(LMP+CHAIN) with 13k tooltip dps, actually does much more damage than splitarrow(CHAIN) with 16k tooltip dps.

There may be a way to do this and i have alrdy thought about making a budget Lightning Arrow/ Frenzy guide. But the specific build of this guide is very gear dependant and can hardly be called enjoyable with cheap gear.

Another way to ask u, in a easier-understanding way: ur la 13k with lmp+chain is more than mine s a 16k with chain, is the difference big enough for u to say 'voltaxic dmg is a joke'?

I'd love to see the exact gear and build you achieved this dps with. Also have you been under the effect of any auras when achieving it?

I do know someone, a good friend of mine, who does have a copy of the mirrored thicket bow. If you are interested in trying it out send me a pm and maybe we can work out a way for you to test the bow.

Keep it civil and post your gear set and skill tree so the merits of both can be evaluated.
The OP has been calm and collected in even heated discussion and I would urge you to attempt the same.

LA: 19.7 k (6 link maxed gems)
frenzy: 132 k (6 link with non maxed gems)

In summary, going from volt to the harbinger will almost double your dps but with obvious drawbacks. the APS is also painfully slow.

The problem is the reflection, and as the author does in the passive tree, he must use a lot of points to achieve the VP AND BM, so cant have enough points to improve dps. U cant use a full of offensive points passvie tree to use that mirroed bow, it is not realistic due to the reflection.
