Attack speed offers more dps within this spec than the damage option. Even 2% attack speed is a noticeable dps increase. Most people, including the OP stated VP allowed complete reflect nullification pre 1.1. now, its simply balanced to a point where its not so full proof. volt didnt change because it has gimpy dps (which also helps vs reflect). Don't think that is the case my man. They already went through the trouble of making a great in depth guide. Why would they be too lazy to make a few changes?
