If it's your first char -- no! I am now lvl 44 with no deaths and it has been very easy thus far, but I had my belt and staff before I started the build and imo, you need both. Obviously the staff is required and the belt provides the cushion. The suggested gloves I think you can live without and the helm could just be asking for trouble late game in HC. I am now using Double Strike 1923 dps (700 dps increase since lvl 36) and Spectral Throw 380 dps, (with lmp now) my atk speed = 1.93. Dominus/Piety were taken down at lvl 39 both went down very easy compared to prior encounters in Normal with other char's. My current gear: Only time will tell how good this build will be at lvl 80, my health rarely dips below 90%, I will soon be taking Iron Grip which should increase my spectral throw a ton. Its as HC viable as other 2H ST build(or other 2H build), and could provide more survivability.
Though as Ishkabibble mentioned,you probly don't wanna go crit and use Abyssus in HC. Just take RT and grab more HP/Armor nodes when playing HC. |

Im not so experienced in Theorycrafting ! Can u showme a HC viable EB+MoM Life based tree? Would be so cool. ! So no crit nodes.

Couple days ago i found this staff in my stash and jewel it to 5 sockets with just one jewel, then linked it with 3 fuses... That makes me think what can i do with this and here is your build lol.
So i assume is it way better to go RT version coz huge damage will always oneshot you on reflects? Actually I'm going to crit version but preparing a bunch of regrets to respect coz I'm feeling with my ass that reflects will be huge problem when end-gaming. ʕ•̫͡•ʕ*̫͡*ʕ•͓͡•ʔ-̫͡-ʕ•̫͡•ʔ*̫͡*ʔ

isn't the 20% quality an additive factor instead of a multiplicative? so, u have to use the base of potcg of (20+33)/2 = 28.5

I will do thiy build with BoR and glacial hammer. Should result in a lot of fredzes from the skill itself and from crits, thus adding some additional survivability.

There is a pair of gloves with +100 STR. those would own. Its called Deshrets Vise.
