Wrote about them in the FAQ section. Void Battery is kinda bad, you won't be able to keep your charges up against certain map bosses (Piety, Vaal, Dominus) or in a party.
Shavronne's big downside is that it has no armour. This build needs high armour to get enough ES on Block, and the biggest part of armour comes from your chest. If you want to use shavs, you gonna need some insane belt, helmet and gloves with top tier armour rolls.

If you mean the leveling items, you might find a few of them while leveling. Else you can just buy most of them for 1 Alch - 1 Chaos, only Perandus Signet is more expensive but it's not mandatory. Try to get atleast Crest of Perandus, Wanderlust and Goldrim.
If you speak about Divinarius, it won'T be easy to find as it's a map-only unique ;)

Didn't buy any of my leveling items, found all myself with my high level chars.

For other leagues, you could check on an indexer, just put your league, name of unique, and choose "buyout only" and it will provide you with a list of forum threads: http://poe.xyz.is/

Icespear-spelltotem-powercharge on crit-increased crit?

might be better and will allow you to have powercharges up all the time, thus use void battery :) just and idea tho:)

Never tried because i personally don't like playing with totems, and there is simply no more space left on gear for "just a charge generator". It's only a very few bosses you can'T keep up charges against though, like f.e. Temple/Shrine Piety.
However, the build like this is not set in stone, feel free to experiment what works best for you :)

Bump, did some huge changes to the passive tree and updated bandit rewards.
New, more detailed leveling section is in the making.
