i think we have a winner for pvp for sure then! i just didn't want some guy flicker striking past the storm call circles and one shotting me! i want to one shot him before he gets to me :)

I find it very suitable for hardcore.

With every single build you need to play safely

Especially for Hardcore peeps. If you feel you cannot handle the situation properly. You need to bail out :).

The thing about POE is that you cannot possibly face tank all the way.
